Hello regarding your invoice software, do you provide functionality within the software to to back everything up and restore?
Not Yet, you have to manually export database and restore it.

Could you tell me how to configure the cron?
1. You have to generate CRON key from Settings > General > System Settings (section)
2. once you generated the key. You have to create CRON for the following URL: https://<smart-billing-url>/invoices/cron/recur/<cron-key>P.S: Please replace <smart-billing-url> with your URL and <cron-key> with the key you generated in step1
The application is full of bugs:
1 – Cannot associate a client when you create a quote or invoice (they don’t appear in the dropdown)
2 – Cannot edit anything under https://applicationurl.com/settings 3- Cannot associated a family to each product.
In other words application is absolutely useless in this way

how install the database in myphpadmin? where is it the db in project?
you just need to create database only in phpmyadmin and installer will install database table automatially

1. Modify .htaccess as per your server’s need and smart-billing folder location 2. Create a Database 3. Open http://<your-domain-or-smartbilling-installation>/setup 4. Installation Setup will be started you can follow the steps to install the application.
P.S – Database will be installed through installation setup, you just need to provide database name, username, & password in Database Setup Step.
Hi when I open http://<your-domain-or-smartbilling-installation>/setup then I am on the xampp site. I already setup xampp. Please provide clear instructions to setup this. .htaccess ???? don’t know what to change there (there is no clear instructions). Where do I put my database name, Username, Password. I don’t see any Database setup .php file. Please help.
If the script is htdocs root then you don’t have to change htaccess but if the script is in subfolder, then you have change the Rewrite Base as RewriteBase /folder-name/
Replace folder-name with your script’s folder name.

I just purchased and downloaded the zip file. I’m looking at the Readme file where it says:
- Quick Installation
1. Extract the package and copy all files to your webserver / webspace. Don’t forget to copy the `.htaccess` file! 2. Make sure that `mod_rewrite` is enabled on your webserver. 3. Open `http://your-smartbilling-installation/setup` and follow the instructions.
I installed the files included in the zip at: www.e-tour360.com/billing
I have tried accessing https://www.e-tour360.com/billing/index.php and got an error:
“The requested URL was not found on this server. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.”
There’s another index file so I tried: https://www.e-tour360.com/billing/application/index.html and got the same error message.
Nothing points to a setup folder as indicated in your instructions.
I have the .htaccess file on both, my root directory and the directory I created for this project.
Step # 3 in your instructions indicates to open “http://your-smartbilling-installation/setup” but it doesn’t work.
I replaced your-smartbilling-installation with my domain e-tour360.com and nothing

Your demo shows the admin interface, but you mention there is a client area from where clients can interact with the invoices related to them. Do I get the source code for this area so I can customize the information shown and perhaps gather some info before adding a payment to the invoice? What database is the information stored in? I need to have access to this database in case I want to run custom reports if possible. I see there are templates but I don’t understand how they work to customize an invoice, do I get a manual or information regarding these invoice templates and how to use them? Hi, How to scheduled the invoice to be sent to the customer for example 1Month, 7Days, 3Days or same day reminder before the due date, also will the email or invoice include the payment instructions or link to pay straight away? Will you be adding sms sent invoice or reminders?

You can scheduled recurring invoices using cron job, and there’s no SMS functionality added till yet.

Hello, Just purchased this even though I couldn’t see the demo and it doesn’t seem to work. I put it under a directory on my web server (all files including the ht file referenced in Read me).
I tried going navigating to the URL where where the files are stored: https://www.MYWEBSITE.com/FL/invoice/your-smartbilling-installation/setup and says it is not found.
I have the rewrite_module thing enabled as well: LoadModule rewrite_module /usr/lib/apache2/modules/mod_rewrite.so
