You can work on the home page where only featured section are there now. My suggestion is to add some more banner or offer section in between the products and also on the bottom of homepage a section should be there where all products can be shown without clicking shop now button. Bcoz for a new business featured section are likely to ends with a few scrolls.

yes sir it support Arabic language and RTL direction on app and inside the admin panel we are using google library to translate so it may not support RTL in admin panel .
