Sir, Service providers need to register through the app/panel. As the service providers are currently working manually based on salary, registration for requests has not been implemented yet. We will think about this. Thank you

I just want to charge the worker a monthly fee.
The customer enters the app, chooses the service and contacts the worker. And the worker pays me a fixed monthly amount to use the app.

The service man doesn’t have any call option to call his customer.. how can he deliver a service without contacting a customer… Please update the serviceman app with more features and make it user friendly….
Sir, when any serviceman is assigned to any booking , then serviceman can chat with that specific customer.
As per your concern, to direct call to that serviceman, we will think about it.

Yes we have plan sir but need time. Sir service men is managed by provider so it is depends on service provider, we don’t think it needs this type of feature. Thank you.

I registered an account and login from website it works but on your serviceman app it doesnt, instead it tells me user does not exist

are the notifications working in chat and when assign to provider the job to serviceman ?
