hi I bought the online credit card add-on quite a long time ago, now that I came to use it it is not working properly, everything is set up correctly including the password , but after I place an order and pay with your add on the credit details do not appear in the order details there is no credit card rubric in the order

I installed the plugin on latest woocommerce version.

After placing a test order, when I go to my orders in woocommerce, although I can see the test order such as name and billing address but I cant see the test credit card number I entered when making my order.

There is no such a field for decryption of credit card ( i have added password for that).

Please dont ask for login info, for security reasons I cant provide that.

I solved the issue and the plugin it is working fine now but the logo of the card is showing over my PAY NOW button. Can you help me to move the cards logo? Can you tell me where is the line code? Thanks

Hello, On mobile, the card number and card type are on the same line and both don’t fit. So it’s hard for the customer to enter details.

Could you provide me with a demo website that showcases both the frontend and backend function? I would like to login and test it out. Does it show customer details, such as names and credit card numbers? Let’s assume there are 50 customers who have made purchases on the website.

I bought this plugin, and it works pretty well, but our bank does not support many cards listed. Can we remove them from the list?

This plugin have some issues with CheckoutWC plugin, will you do custom work to fix this for us?

The plugin is easy to install and works well most of the time, but I’ve had multiple customers say that after filling in all the fields, they still can’t place their order because it says ‘Card holder name is required’ even though it’s already filled in. Maybe the next update can fix that?

We’ve used this plugin for quite a while, I just had to renew support to contact you. It’s never been an issue until now. We had another issue with our WooCommerce Wholesale Prices plugin very occasionally mistakenly giving retail prices and they pinpointed it to a conflict with the All In One Security For Wordpress plugin, and so I removed that and replaced it with Wordfence Security. After that happened, for some reason the WooCommerce Offline Credit Card Payment plugin was deactivated. When I tried to activate it the site crashed. I created a staging site, deactivated all plugins, activated the WooCommerce Offline Credit Card Payment plugin and then began activating other plugins. When I activated WooCommerce it crashed.
