in refund option please add refund days for each product, for ex- while adding new product i can set 2 days refund for this Armani perfume. 3 days refund policy for gucci perfume. 5 days refund refund policy for tshirt so any customer who wants refund he can only initiate refund in this given time for armni perfume he can only initiate refund within 2 days gucci perfume he can only initiate refund within 3days and so on

so the customer can initiate refund after specified time.

yes, but i cannot set refund time for seperate product? like perfume 5 days clothes 22 days mobile phones 30 days etc?

Separate refund time for separate item is not available. Thanks a lot for your suggestion.

In refund addon please add Withdraw function as well, Because it’s very imp for customers who get their refund and don’t want to buy another product but wants completely refund in his account.

Also please add send function, Customer A can send his wallet amount to customer B it will be great for wallet use case.

And the active e-commerce cms is very good platform for e-commerce inshallah sales will reach 100k soon.

It only gives options to refund or decline? Why will they be refunded without receiving back the product, because this can cause lots of frauds? Why not make it after receiving the product then refund will be issued?

Admin can approve refund after receiving the product back.

Yes but how will customer’s know to return the item before refund is processed? Shouldn’t there be like something to send to customer to print or something to track the item and know who is being refunded?

what the different between The Shop Refund Add-on and active E commerce Add-on?

The Shop Refund Add-on is for The Shop – PWA eCommerce CMS. Active eCommerce Add-ons are for Active eCommerce CMS. These are totally different products. Thanks for your interest.

Suggestions for refund, added conditions for refund for example some items have 30 days opened and in good condition, some have 7 days unopened, some have 30 days unopened, etc. So each products can have unique refund conditions

What happens to the order status when the admin approves a customer’s refund request? Does it change ‘Refunded’?

Unfortunately, that’s not what happens, I used a customers account to request a refund and i approved with it with both the admin & seller account but the status didn’t change, it just stayed on ‘Delivered’.

Also once an item is completed we can’t change assign a delivery agent. Please test it on your end and see.

Also it it possible for the system to generate a code for delivery which the customer can show the delivery agent and the agent puts in in the app to confirm delivery instead of just marking as delivered?

You can only assign a delivery boy, if delivery boy’s city will be matched with order’s shipping city.

You can truncate the addons table from database

add refund not working i try with new products and try with old products when i enable in products after update its showing close again :)

“Set Time for sending Refund Request” what is mean

Set time means time limitation of getting refund.As like within 30 days or 7 days the refund can be proceed on.

This addon is not separate addon and only compatible with Active ecommerce CMS.

hi after i buyed  Active eCommerce Refund add-on i made setup but i forget and put the purches key of onther add on plugin its now dont work probably and make 404 error page
