Hi, good plugin. On IOS the wave forms do not sync with the music. Is there any solution for it?

Hello, We have an issue with the player. I put the Icecast url secured stream server URL in the wordpress plugin but the player says “ERROR LOADING RADIO TRACK https://eco.onestreaming.com:18922/
The shortcode that I genarate is [fwdsap preset_id=”Vibe Radio” source=”https://eco.onestreaming.com:18922/” type=”icecast” artist=”” title=”” artwork=”” loop=”no” start_at_time=”” stop_at_time=”” encrypt=”no”]
I saw all the video in youtube, so please let me know what may be the problem.

Great player. Only I notice that the audio button is currently not properly muting the audio on iOS (Safari & Chrome). Can you check this out?

Unfortunately the volume can’t be adjusted on IOS, it is an operating system limitation,I will fix this in the next update to remove the button automatically when on IOS.

Hello, We have an issue with the player. We are creating an online radio station, using jazler radio program for organizing and ecostreaming program for broadcasting. This gives us a streaming link to put on the player so it can be connected to the jazler in the main PC and broadcast. Tried to put the link in the player but it doesn’t work. I saw that it needs the server IP but we need to connect it with jazler so it plays the music organized there! Can you help us resolve this in some way? Thank you.

I am not sure I understad, you don’t need the IP you can also get the stream address, I explain in this video tutorial how the shoutcast server woriks, the tutorial is for a different player but the same applies to SAP https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4-tkyuwhs2Y .

Hi, My radio provider has the follow way to streaming the icecast server: “https://stream.zeno.fm/e9yn7sicitftv” They dont have ip address and port
Question: does your plugin allow this way to streaming in your radio player?

It will work but the link that you sent me is a stream not a server this means that the artist, title and artwork will not be taken automatically, you will have to add it manually it is a simple process with the shortcode generator.

Good morning, I made the purchase yesterday and after checking it turns out that I have a problem. I’m going with a shoutcast server and my transmission address doesn’t work or I’m integrating it wrong.
my transmission address is not like the example you posted http://144.76.106.52:7000 —http://subdomain.domain.extension:port/radio.mp3 this is the model of my audio stream. I don’t know if it has something to do with my problem. the error that gives me - Shotcast stream loading error. If this were not the problem, what do you think I could do to change it? Thank you !!

If you are using HTTPS, I mean if your domain is secure using HTTPS and your Shoutcast server is HTTP non-secure it will only work with a CORS server, I explain this in the documentation.
The best solution is to change your Shoutcast server to be secure HTTPS and you will not need the CORS server which is a pain to handle.

I am sorry but autoplay for audio files is not possible anymore.
The user has to clic or touch the browser window area to be able to start playng the audio file, this is done by clucking the play button.

What a bad news :/ – Autoplay is very important to a radio station. Do u plain to integrate autoplay in future update?
Autoplay is impossible with audio when the page first starts, it is possible after the user has clicked and started the player once, that can be done.

The problem is that your server has a version 1.9, it i specified in the player description that it only supports Shoutcast version 2 or higher.
“SAP an play radio station using Shoutcast v2.0 or higher and Icecast v2.0 or higher”
