1. So where can a user request withdrawal from the website or mobile app? -As of right now There is not option for withdraw in the mobile app, a user only can withdraw their reward points in the reward points option.

If single account for both, what happened when admin restricts the user from creating a campaign?.. he/she can only use the account to donate?
by default they did not have campaign creating permission, unless admin enable it for them.

if you want to inject more section in mobile app you have to modify app source code and have to build api for it.
