Initial game design does not build to run any server file, and the add-on doesn’t run any game logic on server script, but most compatible games provide function to preset result which is an idea for you to customize it to load result from server.

Hello , You have said “The add-on only processes payment, for payment gateway you have to refer to third party payment.” And I have a few questions as I have tested the 2 demos. 1. How is it processing payments if you have not coded for the payment gateways? 2. What is the redeem process? The user is gaining points for playing but are they redeeming the points for money exchange ? 3. How is redeeming calculated? 4. Do you handle customization request 5. Does the admin have the ability to change things in the admin panel like prizes and wining amount , images or must this be done by coding or database entry manually ?
All the functions are provided for transaction process and completion. Users can redeem rewards with points they earn from the game, depending on the compatible games the rewards can be chance or any reward to claim but require admin to contact members eg. for physical gift. Please read item details for all the features for admin access, you also can check out the screenshot for admin dashboard.

I have bought the luckywheels and dicegame, also with this membership rewards. I installed them along with the instructions provided in the documents. But after testing, I got only the background screen.. *Grey color” I stuck on that. Please advise. I have created my first page index.html with 2 buttons. Buttons 1 => luckywheels 2=>dice game. If I remove the ‘dashboard’ folder and ‘memberrewards’ folder, the games can be run. I am not sure about the game.js or init.js which has been replaced or not. Please help to advise. Thank you.
I found the issue. The issue happened once I have replaced the init.js file from HTML > js onto the original file. Please assist. Thank you.

Update - Now I found the issue. The issue happened since in the document provided in membership reward add-on, table “game_settings”, the provide document .sql show one line said ”`setting_value` varchar(50000) NOT NULL”, when run, error “Column length too big for column”. Then this table was not created. So, I changed to TEXT type instead of varchar, then it passed. Please be informed.
But now stuck with creating new user, from the login page. It kept on saying “Loading”, after put in the new user information and submit.
If anything I missed, please help to advise. Thank you very much.

Please check the compatible games, there are no simple ways to install for a add-on with features like this item, but all steps are provided in documentation.
in REWARDS is there a form or need to fill up by the user? for example i put cash on the rewards to redeem their points is their a form?
and also im asking about the installing the compatible games if it is easy to install?

All rewards items are store and load from the database, rewards can update through the admin panel.
after user registration Still stuck at the Loading screen in the database with normal input But the display for members still has many problems on the page. you update is so bad you mysql database so bad follow you documentation you cannot copy and past table there are so many error in you table structure or you data type please check it and give us the valid table structure . or try to install as follow you documentation ; you will see so many error in you table . this happen because anny time you update you app why not update too you documentation?
