The UPDATE for the WoWonder script took place on 02. May. 2023; today is 13.May.2023, which means almost two (02) weeks have passed without an UPDATE from your end. In a Business World that moves at the speed of light your statement(s) to ”...update soon” can not be considered serious. Your latest response to help make changes, which has come too late, would have been welcomed on 02.May.2023.
Had you moved with all due diligence on 02.May.2023 we would have gladly continued as a client. We had to spend countless hours working with our hosting service to enable a work around for the serious damage caused by no update with your theme since we, and I have assume, every one of your clients who has an active site was LOCKED OUT – unable to access their respective site.
We understand Sh*t Happens. However, a closer alliance by you with the developer of the WoWonder Script in coordinating updates would have eased the pain of this experience.
We no longer have the desire – nor trust to continue with your theme, therefore, we demand that you REFUND the FULL AMOUNT IMMEDIATELY.

PS: Eight (08) Months ago another client under the “Reviews” section, kokebtawso, alerted you to the same set of facts: Failure to Update, which means that this is a recurring issue with your theme – one that breaks the respective website(s).
Sir we talked with the owner of the script, He says there will be a new update after 1 or 2 days max 3 days, so we will work on wonderful and update the welcome pages at same time.

@doughouzdark – I took notice that WoWonder did an UPDATE on February 14, 2023 and you followed up 2 weeks later on February 28, 2023 with your update. I am very concerned that your reply of “We will update the welcome pages asap.” will hold every one hostage for 2 weeks at a minimum based on past performance. It would be extremely helpful if you can give everyone assurance that this will be indeed ASAP (withing 48 hours) and not 2+ weeks out.

@doughouzdark – I like the look and feel of your Welcome Pages and that is why I made the decision to purchase. However, doughouzdark, responding with “WoWonder will update again after 1 week, that’s why no need to work double…” is not commercially viable for those looking to promote their respective business, and certainly you must understand that as you are also promoting your business. Holding your clients HOSTAGE never pays dividends. Therefore, I am requesting a full REFUND for this theme as it is not fulfilling its mission. Please respond on how to accomplish this. Thank you.

adding custom field does not work on the welcome pages. could you please revise them and reupload here. I ended up with error after adding custom field via admin panel. I checked with default welcome, and it worked fine. except your welcome layouts

“Copy and overwrite the “themes” folder from ./Welcome {NUMBER} and upload it to your root directly. Don’t upload the ./Welcome {NUMBER} folder, only upload the “themes” folder inside it.”.

I’m using Welcome 3 with my Wondertag theme and need to know how to change the colors and logo for just the Wonderful theme.
Also, the registration and login don’t interchange the same way like the demo. Registration takes me to a different page.

hello, this welcome theme can replace the welcome page for wondertag theme and, if so, can we change the colors to match the wondertag theme?
2 more questions…
1. I plan to use Welcome page 5 on the Wondertag theme, Your explanation of compatibility is a little confusing. You say welcome pages 1-5 works with wondertag and default theme but 5-10 only works with the default theme. You include #5 in both the inclusion and exclusion remarks so, does welcome page 5 work with wondertag theme or not?
2. If welcome page 5 does work with the wondertag theme, is there a way to add a separate logo to the welcome page? My logo is white and wouldn’t be seen on the welcome page.
