I have version 1.5 many updates have already been released. I once made an application for this version. it worked properly. but recently the application stopped working. With updates of quickdate versions, API updates are not made in mench? can i use the old API manual? And according to the reply I got for the ticket , I have to wait till next update for this to be fixed. If messages cannot be send in the Android app, then what is the use of the app

If you need urgent fixes, you should be hiring your own team to fix it on urgent bases. If you want free update, you need to wait for update then.

In all honesty this is what I don’t like about you guys. you wasted a whole 48hours just to tell me stories. I did not get any solution in the ticket. Support asked me to test app on a real device it is the same issue. The messaging is not working? What is the solution support is telling me stories no solution whatsoever. 2. I asked for how to reduce app size so google can accept it Support asked me to hire someone for crying out load how can I hire someone for app size reduction. What are you guys doing FOR GOD SAKE.
I sent the source code and everything he is asking me to test it on a real device. What is the essence of me sending it to support before. I have tested the app both on emulator and on device. I keeping getting same error message it says “Sorry: You cannot proceed with your action if you don’t allow”. Dear customer, messaging not working because you have not setup ticket system properly. Configurations need to be done properly on the server end. Once chat work in web to web, then it should work fine. And you are asking for reducing size. It will reduce size once you remove the features which you do not need. And for other issue, I will get in touch with our team. They will take care of it.

Dear customer, I do not understand what guidance we can give you. We are telling you that you need to configure chat in website to website first. And then you can test in website to mobile. Is this difficult to understand for you? If you can try one more step by asking our website team to do the socket setup in your website, they will do it definitely. But you are busy in promoting bad image of our company rather than trying to understand.
