Thanks for your interest. You have to configure SMS Gateway to send sms using whatsapp features.
Ive checked your demo there is no whatsapp gateway
For an example you configure twilio sms gateway and twilio support whatsapp. You just have to add whatsapp virtual number in system and start sending sms. You can configure whatsapp virtual number on Admin Panel >> Senders >> List >> New For instant communication you can connect us via whatsapp +8801784396266

Is it possible to tag Whatsapp messages? I’ll explain.
Minimum – Medium – Urgent. (Something like groups)
When I read Whatsapp messages since there are so many… so I would like to save the most important ones.
For example if the chat is important I would like to move it to “URGENT” Once done, the system via popup must notify me every 30 minutes to answer …
(Obviously time decided by users)
I receive many, too many messages every day and since there are so many I forget to reply to some …
This system here would be great for many..

Can you use your own phone number as a sender?
