Yes, it works with all frameworks for perfex.

Is this the same as the latest version that Perfex runs which is 2.9.3 also to mirror the exact online version we run, is that a setting inside this version we input to make that happen?

it will follow the base of your perfex, the only thing you have to do is customize the app icon and login screen.
Does the app use the online database that we currently have for Perfex CRM, and does it update for our existing online system?

This solution replicates the browser interface with perfex, at the moment updates are manual, but when generating the installer in the new version, you don’t need to uninstall the old one from the machine, just install it again, it will replace the information.
Menu, from the application you can add new links, but within perfex there is no way, as this type of altar is done in the perfex code based on the perfexcrm.com documentation.
