The app is nice but it does not provide real time notification and it keep crashing. We communicate with the developer and he said it is working with him and he reject our request to refund since it is working in his system even it did not work for us!!!
Firstly after purchasing, you will get the entire source code, then i ll get support not only for the app but for hosted crm also for multiple times, then u ll give 1 star rating, then u think that we should give u refund even after knowing that u have customised your crm, even after explaining why only for you live notifications not working. And then u ll give negative comments. That’s okay, you ll not get your refund. Enjoy the day.
First of all, we never customized our CRM, it is purchased from codecanyon and installed fresh and perfect, second, there was no support from your side on our CRM system at all, third the app keep crashing all the time that’s all am doing is an honest review, you kept asking to change my rating even before trying to check the errors in your app saying not to affect your sales and less care about solving the problem itself, I can’t give good rating for an app can’t use or can’t get support to fix.

Updates are scheduled for every 15-20 days, but currently my team is working on sales module, it will be release in phases very soon, around within 10 days. Ios app will be release after 6 months.
this app need self develop or after buy link api can use already?

Hello, how does the app work? If i buy it, how will it connect with my domain and database? So how does the app knows where to login? And does it works with perfex admin account with 2FA? Thanks
If u ll buy, it will connect with your domain and your database by using APIs which are also included with this app, just follow the documentation and this is like plug & play. Currently 2fa doesn’t supports but we are working very hard to bring updates as fast as we can. Thank you so much for giving your valuable comments.
Okay, so if i want to login, i have to turn off 2FA?
No u don’t have to turn it off, but it u can login in the app directly by using email and paasword, 2fa is not yet there. After entering email and password, u ll be logged in and it doesn’t matter either if u have enabled 2fa or not

In the demo app, after login, dashboard is opened by default that’s why you can’t click

Nope currently its on kotlin but we have planned to convert it to flutter after a while.
You have just launched yourself into big sales as many perfex CRM buyers have been looking for a good admin app that captures project, task, invoice etc management in perfex, with reminders and notifications. If you can focus on these areas mentioned and come up with something nice you will see your sales jump up overnight. What you have developed isn’t too bad but you will need to improve the app and target the most needed in core perfex CRM

Yes we have already thought to release an ios version too, but it will take time to develop, so in the coming updates, we ll give live notifications, and other things which are in our todo list.
