Dear team, we used toolset to build a website. As your plugin is fully compatible with CPT we would like to use it to generate PDFs of our custom post types. Is it possible to call a shortcode within the option in your plugin? We saw the backend and you have the option to put text before and after the content. Can we put a shortcode that display a field from the Post Author? We created a custom field for authors to upload their business logo and we would like to display it on the PDF
The shortcode, that you can put in a CPT post, will export the post as PDF. We are a bit unsure what you mean with post author images. This needs to be customized we think.
I’m sorry but there is a misunderstood. Let’s say I have this shortcode [wpv-post-field field=’eur-author-image’], it output an image. Is it possible to place it in your plugin options? We saw the backend control panel and your plugin has the option to append text before and after the content. Can we append the shortcode instead of simple text?

Hello, I like the plugin and seems it has potential. My only request is if it can produce secured/encrypted pdfs i.e. with the ability of the downloaded pdf either to have a secured password on open or have a password that deters printing or copying of text.

Hi, I know that our support has just expired. We have a question about updating your Plugin. Currently there are: welaunch (v. 1.0.10) and Print Posts (v. 1.5.7). All is working, besides from weird spaces in the PDF. But this is not our Question here. For safety, we cloned the Website to our DEV Server. There we updated all the plugins. Looking good so far, but the Print Posts Plugin throws an error: Number of horizontal metrics is 0
We just want to know, does this come from the cloning, maybe from the update or that the same Purchase Code is in the Dev Site?

We just downgraded both Plugins. Still not working. At least, we can say, it does not depend on the Update.

Can the pdf generated include all the paginations tabs inside that particular page, or it will only display the fisrt page tab? Is there a way to let the pdf ignore the front-end pagination and generate a continuous layout of the whole page?
That should be done by default, but we can not guarantee 100%. You should buy, test and if lot work ask for support or get a refund.
Hi Team, I have read several comments about Elementor. The answers vary: so yes or no, does your plugin work with Elementor? And another question: I would like to know if it is possible to hide elements (image, text…) on the PDF version?

Elementor should be supported and if not you can always get your money back. Hiding elements is possible using custom css in advanced settings. At least the items need to have a class or id.
does this plugin allow me to generate current page into pdf, for example, if current page has no header nor footer, the generated pdf will has no footer and header as well, is it correct ?
Our plugin uses your post_content (current page texts for example) and creates a PDF. Header & Footer are set globally in our plugin settings.

You can disable header & footer in plugin settings

No, I mean a blog with many images from Media. I insert all those images into it by shortcode.
Yes galleries are supported in the pdf normally. If not, send us a mail and we help you fix it.

I am having little bit of trouble with displaying custom fields on all of my custom posts PDF and print pages. I have used Advanced Custom Fields PRO to create custom fields and these custom fields are added to ‘Custom Post Fields’ in the Print Posts backend. The issue is that when a new post is created, these ACF custom fields do not show on PDF or print. They only show up if i update them manually from the backend. Could you please let me know how can i resolve this issue?

Hi I want to use the PDF option in order to monetize my website in the following way, and will be happy to understand if & how your plugin can help us doing it, or to know which parts are supported and which aren’t. 1. User click on the PDF icon 2. Gets a popup message asking for email address + a message that we will add him to the website mailing list. Upon approval: 3 User gets the PDF version of the page to his email 4. User email address is being sent to Getresponse (or Zapier or Webhook) so we can add him to our mailing lists.

Sorry our plugin only generates a PDF of your wordpress post. We have no popup or mailing system included in this.
