Pre-purchase question:

I’m using perfex to manage teams as perfex clients. Therefore, sometimes I need to create a meeting for many clients and I want to use your module to do it.

So my question is: your module has any function to create meetings with many guests? I mean I wanna set many clients into a meeting or add many external emails. Was not easy to check it with available print screens.

Currently you can assign multiple staff to a meeting. Your questions is good and it is a good idea maybe we can implement this in future.

Hi, thank you for frequent product updates and improvements. I wanted to ask you if it is possible to change the fields so that they are selected as the default option. When adding a meeting to the calendar, I would like the outlook and email option to be selected by default. Thanks

Can you please integrate a functionality to edit client_styles.css file to be managed from Perfex theme section? It would be very useful. Also when we enable the schedule appointment on customer dash, css messes up the whole look. Thank you.

I got an update notification, is there any new updates after 1.2.3?

It is the same version but with minor bug fix for weekends. Thats why it is not included in the new releases notes, but updated previous release notes.

There is a bug on the new version, there is no way to book on the weekends. I checked the option and everything is fine. Please verify, Thank you!

It can you even made this option to toggle on and off for the weekends “Disable appointment weekends” I reverted to the version before and this option is working fine, I can enable and disable.

In the new version the option to enable and disable is there but is not working.

Greatly appreciated, this plugin is fantastic, by the way, and if not asking too much would it be possible to make a selectable Subject ( so we can have a option to pic the subject based on a list we create) and also implement a option to pull the client address from the address we have on the client profile. This will greatly increase the speed of booking as it will reduce typing time. Thanks again, and for anyone looking at this message this is a great plugin!

Is any update coming up? Please add an option to auto-fill the client address based on the address we have in the customer area.

And an option for us to create a list of services/reasons under the subject area, this way, it will save time when making an appointment

This is a small issue when Perfex CRM is installed on a subfolder. This is fixed for the upcoming verstion.

Hello. I have several problems with your module. 1. When I add an employee user and give him permissions to see all appointments, when he does a search it doesn’t work. The search does nothing in the appointments module. It only works when he is an administrator in perfex crm, but not all employees can be administrators. how can I fix this? 2. I need to know how I can add new attendees to previously created appointments. The problem is that I have appointments created and when a new person starts they can’t see any appointments. Would it be possible to do this by user group? Create within your module a user group option so that when you select that user group everyone will see the assigned appointments, no matter if they join before or after. 3. When an appointment is created and we add reminders everything is fine, but if we change the appointment day or time it keeps sending the reminders that were created the first time and not the ones updated when editing the appointment. Could you please fix this? 4. Is there any way to see the appointments and free times in the calendar? Right now the calendar only shows the busy hours and in a very small space, this space should be larger and also show the existing free hours. The appointments in the calendar, when there are a lot of them, they are overlapping each other and it is not easy to read. In addition the hours of the calendar are in horizontal, how to put it in vertical?

1. There is no permissions to see all employees and employee / staff must be set as responsible person this to work. The search if working perfectly as we tested.
2. When you open the current appointment / edit you can assign new employees. Sorry user groups is not supported for now.
3. This is not an issue please make sure you are using the latest version.
4. Sorry this will needs to be customised per you needs. The best is to find a developer for this usage.

On the general admin settings page, I only see one option for defining the global time slot of attendance, such as ” 8:30, 9:00, 6:00, etc.”

However, we know that each attendant has a different slot time duration based on the service; one service has a 1 hour slot time, while another only has 15 minutes.

Is your system capable of handling this?

Can each staff member have their own slot time duration? or, at the very least, for each service type?
