I have not got any notification, Please share the error message that you are facing? or you can also get the help by email to us General Steps to follow - Install the plugin on existing setup - Export the data from the plugin - Download the file
Install the plugin on other plugin setup where you want to import the data - Upload the downloaded file from other setup to new setup with in the plugin - Click on next
At last you only need to refersh/update the permalink.

After importing the files, there is loading window that says checking extension compatibility and there is no progress after that on the page. The checking system compatibility page is stuck and it doesn’t go any further

Hello. I just acquired your plugin. I made a full backup of my site, but I haven’t had to restore yet. I’ve tested other backup plugins and never managed to get a perfect restore, like in All in one. But he’s too expensive. In this case, will my photos, and images, be backed up? Can I be carefree? What if I change my domain, user, passwords, and hosting, the plugin will automatically convert links without impacting SEO? Is everything really automatic, as I saw in the comments and plugin description?
Excellent plugin. I did the crazy thing to install it on my website and make a backup. Soon after I deleted my site and redid only the installation of WordPress and this plugin. Amazingly after restoring the previously backed up, my site came back as if it had never been backed up, with all of my settings, pictures, videos, and media. It really works and recommend it! Seems like a copy from all in one migration, but changed a little bit..
Anyway, we hope you add an easy exclusion function for files that are not needed.
As well as a function, where you just can un/check tables individually.
When you really put efforts in this, this can work and product quality will spread the message around, that there is a good migration tool, not marketing or any words

also for space – You need to check on hosting/cpanel because with ftp you can’t check the exact free space
