Is there a way to add a search bar for categories? Or make the current product search bar to search for products and categories as well. Or display the category under the product name so If I search for a “Cake” I’ll see the category it belongs to and select the one into the category “Chocolate”. Thanks!.

No there is no one time payment option as vendor needs a license in order to activate the functionality at their end. You can purchase on their behalf and then provide it to them if you want.

I have purchased MultiPOS and install it to my wordpress website, but I can’t find it at the backend, why is it happen?

Can I make split payments. I mean in a table are sitting 2 people an each one want to pay his own. Can I do that some way?
My customers have discount depending of their roles. Does your plagin add the discount automatically when I set a customer to an order?
On table’s tab it would be more easy to push the table you want and open the included order or goes to add a new order. Can we do that?
When I set an order to hold it sending to the kitchen ok. But the kitchen can’t mark only one dish if it is ready. It mast wait to to prepare all order to mark as ready which is not normal in real restaurants.
Also when the kitchen mark an order as ready how will inform the frond desk that the order is ready. It would be nice after the push or Ready button a flash light open or a sound hear to inform that the order is ready?
Also when the kitchen mark an order as ready it will delete from the kitchen wiew ok. But if in the same table will add a new plate it will send all the order again to the kitchen and not only the new one. As you understand the kitchen will prepare the all order and not the new one only. Any solution about that? which is must for this kind of plagins.

—> Yes, you can use split payments which means different kinds of payment methods for the single order. You can take the payments from different customers externally but order can be assigned to the single customer only as per default WooCommerce workflow.

—> No, we only supports default functionalities and you must be using any 3rd party plugin for this so this can be achieved via customization only.

—> There’s no functionality for that right now but can be added in the future updates.

This is the WooCommerce part, you can create a variable product from the backend and add its respective variations so you can view it at the POS end. For example – in our demo, you can check for the product “Veg Noodles” with 2 different variations “Half Plate” and “Full Plate” with different prices in the “Restaurant/Cafe Outlet”.
Please consider adding a “TIPS” feature. Dine-in customers pay tips at the end of their meal whey they pay. Thanks
You can add custom product as a TIP if you want in our plugin.
Hi, I agree with the previous commentor, many shop cashiers now carry handheld device, they move alot too. Making it reponsive it is a must these days..
Another question, does the POS support payment via card terminal?
Shop cashiers mostly use tablets and it is compatible with it. Yes you can take payments via card terminal externally and can mark the payment method for the order in the POS.
OK, thanks for the reply. So as I understood, if client wants to pay via card, the cashier mark the payment as card, they just need to enter the amount in POS to record it. Then on Card terminal cashier can just take the payment as usual. Correct?

—> No there is no android app but you can download the PWA app for the POS in Android with our plugin.

—> Device screen must be greater or equal than the tablet screen for the POS and also it is a web based POS so it will work on the browser. You can also check our live demo with your device.

Actually, we don’t get many requests for the Dokan one, that’s why we haven’t built it yet, but when we get multiple requests for the same, we will definitely look into it.

Yes you can change the currency. When you make any changes at the backend, you need to visit POS->Settings and click on the Reset button in order to load the updated data. Yes you can use it with any theme as it works independently at its own endpoint.

Yes there is no limit for the orders in the kitchen view as well as tables. You can add as many tables you want from the backend.

In order to fetch online orders instantly in the POS so we need to integrate firebase for that so we can achieve it via customization. Also, our POS is compatible with tablet sized screens and greater than that.

Right now it is for the tablet size and greater than it but in future, we can made it for the mobile phones as well.
