hi there I created some image hotspots but they don’t appear on mouse over. I have disabled all my other plugins but it still doesn’t appear… Can you please assist? Werner

Hi there, I just purchased your plugin and it looks great, but I’m having an issue that hopefully you can help with. I need to be able to add custom html content into the hotspot, and it seems to get stripped out. For example, I’d like to add some text, a video and a link into the same hotspot. I’ve tried using the modal and html hotspot types. I’ve inserted some text and a Youtube embed code but it gets stripped out when I save, leaving only the text. I can’t really use the Video hotspot type for this as it doesn’t allow me to add the text and the link to further information. Thanks, Frederike

I purchased your Tooltip plugin and am having an issue with the styling for the Image Hotspot.

1- I created a Tooltip Style and customised it. (Changed text and background colour) 2 – I then created an image hotspot. 3 – It all works okay on the front-end when I don’t select the Style option I created. (When hovering the text is small and the background yellow) 4 – When I select the Style I created in the Image Hotspot then go to the frontend and hover over the Hotspot nothing is displayed.

Is there something I have done incorrectly.

Hello, i recently purchased the plugin, and for some reason It will not allow me to use a Hotspot Tooltip that i have created. If i use the default (yellow box) everything works fine, but when i try to create one using the themes, etc. nothing works. Basically if i have to select a hotspot style that ive create vs default it will not work. Please help.

i wanted to buy the plugin “WordPress Tooltips Ultimate & Image Hotspot” for a customer. Now I have seen that it is not compatible with the current Wordpress version 5.8.x. An “Image Hotspot” is needed for the project. Is the plugin still supported?

Tooltips are text only, no background, no style options. The text in the tooltip is always small, I can’t add a line or two of text.

Your plugin does not work or function as advertised. Now I have to reach out to your support, create a ticket, send login details, blah blah blah. I wish your plugin would work out-of-the-box.

The tooltips always show above the hotspot. This becomes a problem if the hotspot is at the top of an image. Any way to get the tooltip to show below the hotspot?

Hi, I have a presale question: Would it be possible to have an image with hotspots and when a user clicks on a hotspot info is shown on a fixed position. So when the user clicks another hotspot the info is shown on the same spot as the first one or is the info always linked to the hotspot position? Hope to hear form you soon. Kind regards.

just bought the extension.

I can create , edit and display an image hotpsot, but on the page, nothing happen when hover the icon…?!

I did everything right, created the tooltips styles first, than the image hotspot with a custom icon.

the site is on a dev server, so if needed ask me for an access.

it is quite urgent ….

Hi, Just bought your plugin and it works great, but I’m having an issue with the Safari browser in that when loading it shrinks the image hotspot I have so it fills only a small section of the screen. I was wondering if your plugin will allow using video hosting other than Vimeo and YouTube, by using the following example in the FAQs “How can I add a video file that I host in my server in a tooltip?”

Hi – I think your plugin isn’t compatible with PHP Version 8.x (I get an error, when swichting to this PHP Version). Do you plan to adapt that (and if yes, when)?
