You could personally do it (or hire a dev), yes.
I do not plan on adding mercadopago as their API implementation does not fit the self-hosted checkout standard that all the other payment gateways have that I’ve implemented.

You can simply set the default currency of the payments via the admin panel -> website settings -> payment tab.

You change the whole currency, you do not only change the text.
If you set it to GBP, then your user will pay in GBP, not USD.
Any user will see the price in GBP if you set it as GBP and will pay in GBP. If the user is from India, then he will still pay in GBP and of course, as with all the websites, the conversion will happen on his side (so you will receive GBP and he will pay with whatever currency his account is on).

Developer, does this script allow to create notifications with html/js code? I created a few notifications on your demo but they are pretty fixed. I’m thinking about using it as an adserver, so I could just use a html code as the notification, maybe to use a html5 banner as a notification, makes sense? Is there any plan to add a similar functionality?

Did you make sure to go in the colors tab and make sure to have a color set for the close button? as that is a new feature that needs a value.

There is no thank you page, no, as the user will be redirected to the dashboard upon sign up. It would not be wise to capture it via the dashboard page, as then it will convert all the time the user goes to the dashboard.
