Is this the best place to ask a pre-sales comment? I’ve got a form created in Gravity Forms and I’ve added some custom code using the actions: gform_post_paging and gform_after_submission

The code gets the data when moving to the next page and hides/displays elements on the page. The other code runs on the form submission. Will these action still work? Is there a way to test before I buy? Thanks!

Hi there,

All Gravity Forms’ action and filter hooks work as expected with Supercharged Add-On enabled. The only issue I can potentially see right now is with your pagination. Due to the way Supercharged forms are presented, they do not support paginated forms at the moment.

Please feel free to open a ticket on our site and ask any questions you may have. I can run some test codes for you as well if you want to test them out.

Thanks!

Upgraded Gravity Form to 2.5.10 and supercharge to 1.3.4, but get the error below:

Installed version of Supercharge Add-on is not compatible with Gravity Forms 2.5 and above. Automatic updates [via Envato Market plugin] should be available as soon as Gravity Forms 2.5 starts to roll out.

To update now, please use this guide to update on our wesbite, or contact support if you have any questions.

How can I solved this problem? Or supercharge 1.3.4 does not support Gravity Form 2.5.10, then which version should I use? Thank you

Hi there,

The two versions are completely compatible. The message would’ve first appeared when you had probably been running an older version of Supercharge add-on. This is a dismissible WordPress message. You can safely dismiss it after the update.

Hi, I upgraded to the 2.5 plugin and no longer am able to import or see the Presets that you created. How do I add the demo presets? thank you

Hi there,

Did you mean GF 2.5? Please also update Supercharge add-on to the latest version as well. That should sort it. If you’re still having trouble, free to contact on Support.

Will there be any conflict if when using with jetsloth image choices? (I would need them both activated at the same time?)

Hi, Supercharge shouldn’t interfere with any form its not activated on. As for a Supercharged form itself, you may use Supercharge’s built-in image choices option. That works best for it. Please feel free to reach out to us on our support if you need any help.

Hi! Hope you are doing great. I just want to ask pre sale question. Does these all features include in this plugin. Pease let me know which one are not available from these.

In the field’s description. Gravity Forms takes, HTML. The description fields are literally HTML fields in Gravity Forms, so yes. Our plugin doesn’t change that behavior. You may in fact use the liver merge tags within your HTML as well.

Thanks for your kind and quick response. How much customizable welcome page screen. https://gravitysupercharge.com/live-previews/page-photography/ Can I add html tags on it for description eg create a list or add headings tags?

Yes. The Splash field comes with an HTML area. You may add your HTML there.

Hi for some reason I can’t register to send a support ticket. Your plugin looks great, do you offer a trial? What is your return policy? Thanks!

Hi,

Unfortunately we don’t have way to offer a trail from CodeCanyon. The refund policy is pretty much the same as any CodeCanyon WP plugin. If you’re still for some reason unable to register on our site, you may send a message to our profile https://codecanyon.net/user/warplord this starts an email thread where we can discuss further.

If there are certain things you wonder you could do with the plugin, I’m happy to show you some of the features in action.

Hey, in regards to a previous comment:

parug

Sliding continues automatically after each field. Is it possible to display 2 fields on one page?

warplord

With complex fields only at the moment.

Can you explain what you mean with complex fields? What would be needed to achieve it?

thanks!

Complex fields are fields in Gravity Forms in which more than one fields are built into a single “field”. Some of the fields from Advanced fields section are complex. Name, Address are some of the built-in complex fields. Which can have multiple fields in a single container.

You are welcome to open a ticket on our site to discuss this further.

Can you connect it to buddypress / bbpress and see the results in a list showing who filled which survey?

There are add-ons for Gravity Forms that deal specifically with displaying and handling data from the front-end. You may check Gravity View out, it’s pretty much the go to in most cases. Supercharge add-on deals with the display of the form and improving UX for higher convertibility and adding incredible ease for the user.

Pre Sale question.

Dear warplord, we’re working on a project for Customer Satisfy Survey. this survey, will be a Full Width page survey with 10 steps.

In order to make it more engaging, we start to investigate at how use Gravity Form, and we’ve found your asset. it’s Seems to contains all aspect that we need, We’ve read your website and the documentation, and we need to know some things before proceed.

We need to have different background image for each step or for some step, it is possible ? (also with customization through function.php ? )

Another thing is that we need to customize css, there is a way to override some things through custom css ?

Another thing is, there is a way to use different animation through step ?

We haven’t find in the documentation nothing regard the deep customization through custom function or other, there is a way to achieve these types of customization using bit of Javascript or custom HTML ? all that we need, is a way to make our Survey more engaging and emotional in more aspects.

Thanks in advance

HI there,

You may use different background for different fields themselves, that might be the quickest way to do it. CSS should be enough. If you want to change the background of the form itself, you can do that based on your field as well. There is a JS event that’s triggered whenever a field is set to “active”, that should do the trick.

As for the CSS, you may customize as much as you like. Your CSS overrides will load as usual when you’re using the basic embed option. As for the isolated forms, usually the Customizer CSS is added even on isolated pages, but that might differ between themes. If you want, you may add your own stylesheets and whitelist them.

Unfortunately there isn’t a way to change animations between views. Once an animation is applied, it loads with its own setup over the fields and its own CSS applied all over the form which it relies on.

Feel free to open a ticket on support and I should be able to send you some examples of code so you may understand what it might look like.

Perfect Thanks, another thing, your plugin work with Nested Forms addon by gravitywiz ? in our progect we need to use nested forms.

Nested forms are partially supported at this point. A complete integration hands-off integration is planned soon. Please contact on our site support for more details about that what is to be expected at this point with it.

Hello sent you an email yesterday regarding the Submit button showing up twice next to final stage previous button. Kindly help resolve, please! Thanks!

Hi, we sent a reply not long after the ticket was opened. It’s possible that the notification landed in your spam folder. Please check there or log into your support panel to see the reply.

Thank you for your awesome support. Worked like a charm!

This looks really amazing as a Typeform alternative. I’m thinking about this w/Gravity vs WPForms. I’m not already a Gravity user, otherwise the choice would super obvious. =)

Ultimately, the decision comes down to long term support, i think, which means we all should promote your add-on.

Is anywhere we can mention this that’ll help out? If you get lots of sales for this (and you should), I’m sure you’ll stick around for a long time.

To potential buyer’s reading this: The cost of Gravity + your add-on (and yearly support) is still just a fraction of Typeform’s premium account, and you can get more visitors to your Wordpress sites, too. And if you already use and like Gravity, I think this is a no brainer! Traffic is either expensive in dollars (PPC) or time (SEO). These types of forms convert wayyyy better.

Thanks for the appreciation! Please feel free to spread the word best you can, word of mouth is the best marketing.

The plugin is still going through development cycles, so there’s still a lot to come. There are no plans for stopping support in the foreseeable future. We’re in fact steadily working towards adding new features. A lot of exciting stuff to look forward to. We’re nowhere close to being done!

Hi, do you support file uploads?

Yes, Gravity Forms’ file upload fields are supported.

Is there a way to turn on the functionality of the plugin when it is embedded in one page and turn it off when it is embedded in another page?

Use Case:.

I use an extension plugin called “Gravity Flow”.

We are creating a workflow.

1. initial input

2. (If rejected) edit

The form is embedded on a page for the initial input and on a page for editing, respectively.

The form works well for the initial input, but it doesn’t work as well for the edit page (the display is heavily collapsed).

So, when you embed the form on the edit page, you want to turn off the functionality of the plugin.

Hi,

You should have an option in Styles Pro Settings (under Universal Settings) to control how edit forms behave with Gravity Flow. If you’re still having issues with it, please contact support on https://gravitystylespro.com/support/

Hi, do you have any update on if, and when, the save and continue later feature will be added to the supercharge addon?

Hi, it’s coming in the next update. Hopefully, in about a week if all goes to plan.

Hi,

I cannot see here on envato the changelog. This is a good way for a future buyer to see if the extension is regularly updated…

Thanks!

Hi there,

A good idea to link it to the CodeCanyon page. We will be adding it. In the meantime, you can find it on the site here:

https://gravitysupercharge.com/docs/changelog/

Good idea! Consider indicating the dates…

Hi Before I make a purchase – I want to make sure this plugin can do what I’m looking to do. I want something like this: https://goforward.com/candidate/start – where I can create conditions – ex: Answer YES – then answer A displays, Answer NO – then answer B display – THEN – go to next question.

Sort of like what Typeform can do. Will I be able to do this with your plugin?

Hi there,

Gravity Forms itself has the conditional logic available. Conditional logic for fields, even sections, are fully supported by Supercharge Add-On. So short answer is, yes.

Great – making the purchase now then:) Thank you for your quick response!

Awesome. Feel free to use and abuse the support system if you have any more questions.

Does the plugin require a license to work? is that I want to use it in 2 sites. would I have to buy 2 licenses? or you could update it manually.

I want this plugin to adjust the size of the columns. I know your gravity forms styles pro plugin brings it. Does it also have that functionality?

Yes, like WordPress plugin licences on CodeCanyon, I believe it is one site per licence with lifetime of updates. You can read more about CodeCanyon’s licenses on their site.

By size of the columns, do you mean in Radio/Checkbox fields? In that case, very similar options are available in this plugin as well. This plugin is designed to rapidly show one field at a time. So multi-field layouts don’t apply here.

I’m looking to purchase this… Do you have any gravity form slider options? Or ability to use something like this: https://wordpress.org/plugins/gravity-slider-fields/ Thank you!

Our plugin does not have a built-in slider field. But we’ve tested with a couple of third-party slider plugins, the ones we tested seem to work fine. I can’t recall if this particular plugin was one of them. In any case, if you find an issue, you can contact us.

Sliding continues automatically after each field. Is it possible to display 2 fields on one page?

With complex fields only at the moment.
