Hello! I’m having an issue with layouts. They aren’t showing properly.
“Grid” layouts: When I select 2 column, only 1 column and a white space to the right appears. When I select 3 column, 2 columns and a white space to the right appears. The Grid doesn’t fit across the entire page. It’s squeezed within 65% of the page instead of being full-width.
I was able to adjust the grid width and column display issues above by adjusting the width and margin-right of the class ”#reviews.sprw-template-one.sprw-grid.sprw-column-two .sprw-review-listing-wrap .sprw-commentlist li” but this renders the reviews unresponsive when on mobile devices.
“Slider” layouts:
The slider doesn’t fit across the entire page. It’s squeezed within 65% of the page instead of being full-width.
The reviews in the slider have a very long blank space after the review and are a height of 1300px. (affects css class “review odd alt thread-odd thread-alt depth-1” and “review odd alt thread-even thread-alt depth-1”)
The only layout that works properly is “list.”
It seems that this plugin has no support for child comments to reviews. (affects the css class “children”) Additional errors/glitches are present when child comments are displayed.
I am using the Bridge Theme. All other features seem to be functional.
I spoke too soon. When an image is uploaded and you click the submit button, the review never posts. Loading continues forever.

I installed your plugin on the site and it doesn’t work. The first thing I noticed was that the form preview didn’t work in the admin panel and then when I set up the script I saw that it didn’t work or the customer didn’t get an email with evaluation instructions. Hi! I would like to know if the coupon that I choose through the plugin settings is sent to the user can it be used more than once or only once ?, or what happens if the user who has previously left a review and uses the coupon more than once even without leaving another review?

The limitation of using coupon or coupon restrictions can be controlled through WooCommerce coupon settings. During creating coupons, you can set up these settings. On the coupon page there you will get Usage restriction and Usage limits settings like the below screenshot.

Here when the user reviewed the product then the coupon email will be sent once. One coupon email will be sent for one review. So if the coupon usage limit is set to one use then it will be used by the user only once.

Thanks so much!, I understand it but is it possible, perhaps in the future, to generate a different coupon for each time the user makes a review? It would be fantastic to further incentivize the user to make a review, because due to the restriction of use of the coupon, they could only use it once or use it always.

Sorry for the misunderstanding.
We will definitely add the shortcodes very soon. The shortcode will be like showing entire reviews, showing review according to product id or multiple product id, showing review form of specific product id and this can be used on any page or post or anywhere on the site. We will release this within a week.
We did not understand the custom post type requirements. Are you looking for the above shortcodes or something else? Please let us know.

Okay, I’ll be more specific and I think it will help. Currently wordpress is no longer popular according to an existing template. Users often use themes that allow for high customization and many builders are gradually gaining popularity. Upgrading the shortcode will help solve this problem.
And part is customizing the content of custom post types. I usually use ACF , jetengine , Pods to create post types. It is the same as the default Post of Wordpress. The important thing is still the shortcode . As for the post type, I can adjust it.

I am interested in purchasing your Smart Review plugin.
But the sad thing is that this plugin does not work properly with Woodmart theme. I have used Woodmart theme on my website.
I came to know about this by checking the user’s (baeshen) website in the comments section of the Smart Review plugin.

The review can be kept under moderation to approve it before it display on website. You have to setup these settings from comment moderation settings under discussion menu settings of wp. Regarding only buyer can review, this settings is available in the plugin, you need to enable this to make it work.
Regarding video,there are settings to enable or disable the images or video. You can enable or disable it according to your requirement.

(I don’t want to let customers change the font, text size, etc.) when writing a review. 4. Check the text style in layout #4, the text moves almost beyond the button. By the way, your plugin uses too much indentation from the text in the buttons (the buttons get too big)
