hello admin if any customer try to return some gods how to possible because this add-on work with refund policy but we need return system also !
By system how you will return your product. It will maintained manually and you can take note on the refund form.
Can you create the return policy addon in future
Return policy means how?It totally dependent on end business diagram.So if you will need it you will need to custom the script from source code level.
Can you create stock images and videos without watermark downloader like this site.

bug report : when any user purchase any product if we set 7 days return this time count from when user order but i think it should be when delivered item

1. is this refund only, or also has exchange feature ? because usually return & exchange is one bundle feature
2. can a customer select which items to be refund from his order?
example order A contain:
a. item a
b. item b
c. item c
d. item d
and customer only want refund item b & c, is this possible??
refunded will be into customer wallet? or customer can choose between wallet and other payment method to receiving the refunded cash

I did, in the physical product can set the “refundable” option, in digital no and, in the user dashboard, is not possible to open a new refund request, there’s only the tab “sent refund request”

Hi, I ‘ve just noticed in some scenario, when you add a product in the cart and you start the checkout process and then abandon but keep the product in the cart and come back later, add a new product and then go back in your cart you will have two checkout buttons corresponding to each of the 2 products instead of having one single checout process. Is it a bug or done on purpose ?
Its not a bug, and it’s not happening for different time. It’s for different seller. If customer try to purchase products from different seller, he need to checkout separately.

We did not give any update on refund. But we can’t understand “manual refund” can you explain please?
It is better to include two options Like Refund to customer Wallet (default)/ Refund as Cash. If it is refund as Cash, admin can refund to customer card / bank manually from payment gateway or net banking

Yes. So the amount will not go to the customer wallet. Admin manually refund the amount using their payment gateway. Most of the payment gateway have refund features though. Also useful if we have an option to add fixed amount / percentage deduction when customer request cash refund. Payment gateway require a fee for this service.
In both cases, the refund amount need to be deducted from seller account.

In affiliation system, affiliate partner is getting money/commission when product is delivered and price is paid. If admin accept refund request what will be change of the affiliate partner commission which is paid in past?
Currently nothing change after refund for affiliate commission. Those decision depends up-to business model. If your business model is different from this you need to customize the system logic for this.
Thank you. I have purchased CMS, affiliate add on and refund add on. But there is problem with this. Suppose affiliate commission is $50 per product and the customer bought a product by $3000. When customer buying the product from affiliated link the affiliate partner is getting $50 as commission. If the customer request for refund the wallet is added by $3000. So this commission is loss of the website owner. After that if the customer wants to buy another product by this wallet’s amount and if he get this product from another affiliation link then the affiliation partner will get another $50 as commission. If this process continue the commission amount will increase. So for a single transaction the website site owner is paying $(50+50+50….) as commission. What is the solution of this? May be I am true or not. Please Describe in details.
Your calculation is true undoubtedly. On the refund option please see there is an approval process from admin. So if the referral money will go to affiliate marketer then admin has proper option to stop that refund and also the refund policy is made by the eCommerce entrepreneur and it has a policy uploading process by text or image.
I think stop refund is not the proper solution of business. If we stop refund, the business may be winding up in competition. So we need to find another way. I have two suggestions about this. 1. The commission may be added to affiliate partner after expiring the refund period. The commission will add if the customer does not send any refund request. But If customer send any refund request and admin approved it, the commission will not add to the affiliate partner. 2. We should also set a condition how many times the customer can send refund request for a single product in a time frame like weekly or by weekly.
