will you make a page for showing the employees, so that after selects serviice he wants, then he will select an employee (after seeing the employee’s profile which will show his/her brief experience info), then user will book a slot for this employee. you know our salons all operate the same way, all is like this, (2) it will be good to have an employee app so each of them can easily see their booking for work. if cant make app, then in admin dashboard make employee role and let employee only be able to see his bookings and calendar, (3) pls add offline payment, most all customers want to book slot online but pay after getting the service at the salon

friend i dont think this is something very special enough as a custom work, its a basic way salons work, am telling u this because i see you want to do something to really solve problem, user should be able to see all workers, then choose one to book his time, the the employee needs to have a small app to give him notification for booking, and also manage his time slot
you mean there is employee app? then why not put it here so we can see and buy?
for the cash on arrival, how does it work? it is flexile to support offline payment? such as we can write test and put picture to give customer intruction incase the customer want to use bank transfer
