Hello, Yes you can make simple customization on the welcome mail however there is no option to include social registration in the welcome mail as this mail is already sent after registration therefor it won’t make any sense to include them in the welcome mail.

I am replying to you out of love of those who will come here to check out your service.
I am not requiring a refund out of “lost of interest”, I requested a refund out of a lack of communication on your end, poor customer service, AND YOUR SUPPORT SYSTEM NOT BEING ABLE TO SOLVE basic functionalities of the plugin for 5 WEEKS.
I had to push 5 weeks a project losing way more than the money invested in the plugin. It’s sad that until I publicly requested a service that you guys are committed to give, now I am receiving answers on the spot and willingness to work things out. Sorry, but I lost too much time/money in this project to invest more and keep in the same place.
If you don’t stand behind your product and decide to not authorize the refund (FOR A PLUGIN THAT NEVER WORKED) it’s ok, your choice, I rather lost that money than risking to be in the same position and see a project more affected again.

You guys forced me to report issues in separate tickets and then said until the first one would be solve will get to work the other ones.
In fairness you were capable on guide me on aesthetic issues like changing the color of the background and fix an stretched logo but the functionality of the plugin NEVER GOT SOLVED and then for 8 days, after requesting help for 4 weeks didn’t hear anything about that. I had to come to this section to get some sort of reply.
The one requiring my answer (which came until I came to this board) is because your system was down for days (as other users reported in this board above) and was not able to even read what you said.
The issue is your plugin DID NOT WORK. Again, thank you for the (sudden) interest in work this issue but not interest in doing anymore business with you guys, horrible support AND evidently you rather come back to justify what happened instead of owning it. This is my last reply, whatever you desire to post after that go for it.

The correct answer is:
“We apologize for the inconvenience. We’ll solve your request as promised” Anything other than that is just a very poor costumer service. I waited for 5 weeks now to reserve basic bugs and for weeks never heard back from you guys and when I finally did I couldn’t login your support system.
I shouldn’t have to be trying to reach you out for different areas. Your support system should be working and you guys should provide the support that we get when we pay for the product.
Blame the user for failures and lack of costumer service is even worse than the first issue, poor product/service.
Good luck, hopefully other clients get better service.
