Yes, the tour is run once if its option “Run once” is activated. You simply need to disable it to remove this behavior .

User can’t show guides by list again. They must show only one time, can’t open back or repeat ones everytime and can’t stop guides by option

You can choose to start a tour from any button/link of your website. You can also choose to run a specific only once or show a navigation bar that allows the user to stop the tour from any step.

I’m building out a product tour and there is a weird quirk. When selecting an element, if I choose to have the text display on the left of the element, the first 2-3 letters of each line is cut off the screen. This issue doesn’t happen when displaying text on the right. How can I fix this? I didn’t see a setting that would address this particular issue.

Means the tour is created on the network admin. Then once new subsite is created and login to the dashboard for the first time, it will show the tour. Is this possible?

Yes, you can directly fill the css selector of the target element in the “Target element” option of the wanted step (ex: #myElementID ) .

Yes, you can find the ID of the target element by using the inspector.
If you use an id, you need to use ”#” as prefix ( #myID ) . But if you use a class name, you need to use a dot (.myClass) .

for example i have to show a primary global step on:

If the tour must be displayed when a specific element of the website is clicked, you can set the tour option “Start Method” to “When an element is clicked” and fill the css selector of the target element in its “Target element CSS selector ” option. The tour will start when a user will click this element .
This element have no “css elements” but from inspector looks only “admin-nav-text”, only href change.
If you want to investigate i can buy the plugin and give to you the acces to a provider account, but i could also consider the refound if we cant find any solution.

Hi, thanks for a great plugin. there are 3 issues at the backend. 1. i don’t find the tour home button. that means i can’t go back to all list of tours.
2. once i start the plugin, i can’t scroll up or down WP side menu. so i can’t click the tour plugin menu or any other menus that below the browser screen.
