What do you mean is server issue? have you check the issue, because i have send you login details to support to resolve the issue.
Today is very common that default mail function on server doesn’t work because of spam filters, so you should configure SMTP by guide.
If you open support ticket, our support team will investigate/check if you configure smtp properly and inform you.

I,m begining to think i made mistake buying this script with the unrelyable support, for the past 5 days now i have ask for support that the free listing is not activating when user signup and active link from thier email, also when signing up there is NO FREE LISTING OPTION TO CHOSE FROM, I have send all login details but nothing have be done from support team.

Email issue is not related to script but to your server which doesn’t handling email sending properly.

Hi, Here is the issue free listing not activating after email confirmation even the account you created your free listing test is not activated either. HOW DO USERS ACTIVATE FREE LISTING? BECAUSE IT IS NOT WORKING ON MY SIDE. I have send you screen shot to your email.
By default user submit listing, then admin need to verify and activate listing.

Can anybody please help me, I have tried and tried but i am not understanding the template. I want to change the colour of the LOG IN BUTTON on homepage, i have gone to css but i dont know which file and line to edit. I also want to change the menu items colours. I had one more question: How does a owner claim the listing when we pre-populate the directory, so they can claim iT and make a payment.
Some addons for claim exists, he can claim like send some data to confirm ownership and you manually then ask them to pay or similar.
Possible also customization with custom coding (Not included but reasonable pricing).

I like your setup with drag-drop building a lot, but dates for any upgrades, some missing items, lead me to another program. sorry. was ready to try. You vendors here on Envato should learn more about earning customer retention, 7 day refund guarantee, etc. and similar. Too many people losing money by paying and then finding all the “missing” pieces in a program. Not saying yours is bad, but especially with software programs, and the strict licensing methods, it is easy to have a license key deactivated and therefore gives buyers a way to really try and not losing money, and the good faith and gaining reputation and credibility for a seller. thank you
