Hi, I have a cafe with a Pay First Then Eat policy. So, I want to remove “Send to Kitchen” feature and just enable simple checkout. So for example, I can select Takeaway OR Tables, then add the products that customer wants, and then simple click checkout button. Furthermore, can I connect multiple LAN receipt printers to the printing function? So that when a customer pays for an order, a receipt is printed at cashier printer AND the barista printer.

Hi, we are checking still with our new orders, but there maybe a bug. We added fields into the POS user data panel using your guide (billing_city, billing_postcode, billing_company, billing_tax_number – the fist 2 was in an older version, by default). The data save and load works fine, also seems if an already existing user used for the order, but if we create a new user within the current cart, the extra data is not given to the woocommerce order. Meaning in the backend in the order we don’t have the city, postal code filled. It can be only our own system, but maybe worth a check.

Hi, (1) is there a way to add something like a “bill”. My usage would be for a nightclub. Each product the customer drinks, it adds to the bill and in the end he just pays for the total amount. (2) I see on the demo that there’s the option for saving carts. I would like to know if the customer can access this cart through his phone and pay it some time later, maybe the next day(and of course, not just delete it).
