The player minimal height is 94px. If you set it lower there’s not enough space for the volume bar to appear.
So in the player parameters which you have in ‘tchat.html’ set

The player can be activated to be present in your website footer.
It will pause when you change the page because your footer reloads when the new page is loaded. To have no pause your website navigation menu needs to use Ajax loading.
