We use IMAP protocol to send and receive emails.
With our plugin you can compose, check, reply, label your emails from your WordPress Dashboard without opening your outlook, webmail…....
By default, the IMAP protocol works on two ports..:
Port 143 – this is the default IMAP non-encrypted port.
Port 993 – this is the port you need to use if you want to connect using IMAP securely
If you want to change the port number, we can tell you the file name and where we have mentioned the port number..

I tested it out & it worked when I manually inputted an email address. I’m wondering if I can send emails to all members of a User Role that I have created without having to manually input their email addresses. & also if users’ email addresses will autofill in the ‘To’ email field. Is this possible with the Pro version?

Hi! I think this is a great idea. I have some requests before it would prove useful for me to purchase though.
Tested compatibility with various plugins, I mean dynamic data and shortcodes to be inserted into the emails.
Woocommerce Email Example:
Hi, {user display="first_name"}, the product you purchased was {woo_product id="1234" display="name"} at {woo_product id="1234" display="url"}. If you have any issues or concerns with your purchase, please contact us at {site display="admin_email"}.
Then I would like to see options like this compatible with other data from other plugins. There are many plugins I could list, like Booking plugins, Woo Extensions, Membership plugins and so on.
What do you think about this idea? Thoughts? Might add it to the roadmap?

Using shortcode in the email is not possible right now.
