Eklentiyi satin aldiginiz icin tesekkurler. Bu hatanin nedeni API kullanici bilgilerinin hatali olmasidir. Kuveyt Turk panelinize girip yeni bir API KULLANICI olusturun ve bilgileri eklentinin ayarlarindan da guncelleyin. Sorun ortadan kalkacaktir.

Go to your WordPress dashboard and Select Plugins menu from the left sidebar. The you can find and remove the plugin by using that page.

Should my account be a merchant/trader account with the bank? Or can I use this feature with my personal account? When will the money appear in my bank account? Is there any commissions that goes to the bank when user making the payment?

- Do you have a Kuveyt Turk Virtual POS account? - Did you set up an API user? - Did you fill the necessary form inputs in the plugin’s settings page? - Did you activate the plugin from WooCommerce Payment settings to be able to display as a payment method?

Regarding the error you’ve got, as I was mentioned in the document you need to contact the bank and ask them to add your SERVER IP to their whitelist. Otherwise, you cannot use Kuveyt Turk virtual pos.

just made an other api and did not work same error even if I keep the credit card area empty and try to click pay it gives the same error …
just to make sure about the data I enterd from my bank account and your plugin Merchant ID is Müşteri Numarası (sent by email) Customer ID is Kullanıcı Adı (sent by email) and from the api page API Username is Kullanıcı Adı (first field in api page) API Password is Şifre (last field in api page)

The error you’ve got is completely related to the bank. If you entered the correct API user information and still get an error about it then please contact the bank.
You may ask them to check and confirm the correct API user information for you.

The error message says “You need to create a user with API role”. If you have a look at the plugin documentation, you will see this information on it as well. You need to create an API user using by Kuveyt Turk dashboard then should enter that user’s information into the plugin settings.

This error is completely related with the bank. Probably, you have asked them to add your own IP address. You need to ask them to add your SERVER IP to their whitelist. Otherwise, you cannot use Kuveyt Turk virtual pos.

I got this email from them , ” Sanal Pos işlemleri için sunucu çıkış IP adresinizin sistemimizde tanımlı olması gerekmektedir. İşlemi gönderdiğiniz sunucunun IP adresini bildirirseniz tanımlama yapılacaktır. “

- Eklenti, tek bir sitede suresiz kullanabileceginiz sekilde lisanslanmistir. Baska bir site icin, yeniden satin almaniz gerekiyor.
- 3D ozelligi iptal edilemiyor. Eklenti ozellikle 3D destegi icin hazirlandi.
- Guncelleme oldugunda eklentinin yeni surumunu codecanyon uzerinden indirebilirsiniz ancak email ile destek 6 ay sureyle ucretsiz.
