Are you sure you put right credential into config file? For example you could do a typo in database name. If you think that all is correct, then send me cPanel / plesk creds on emial.

You need to run this script over HTTPS. This is mentioned on products page. Please purchase SSL certificate or obtain it for free from https://letsencrypt.org/
IMPORTANT NOTES! WebRTC won’t work without HTTPS. According internal security policy Browsers does not support getUserMedia() for unsecure pages . So you will not be able to use microphone and webcam if your page is not HTTPS.
