Calculations not working!
Please check your inbox. I replied to your support ticket.
Calculations support does not appear to be working at present. I have created the slider but it does not show up as an option in the Calculations dropdown.
I send you an update via support ticket on the issue.
1. Is this plugin compatible with Gravity Perks Populate Anything plugin so that I can dynamically populate the default value of the slider? https://gravitywiz.com/documentation/gravity-forms-populate-anything/?ref=128&campaign=PopulateAnythingLiveMergeTags#live-merge-tags 2. Is there a way to allow users to type in the value in addition to using the slider?
1. I do not have gravity perks and I have not tested the plugin for gravity perks. I will not be able to answer that question. 2. That option is not available currently.
Does your plugin support calculations based on the slider field values for other number fields? Does it have a calculations field on the slider fields?
Yes, Calculations are supported as any other gravity forms field.
I have tried change the minimum and maximum labels on the slider, i.e. on a slider with a “Slider Min Value = 1”, I don’t want it to say “1” but override that with “min”. I thought the option for this “Slider From Value” but setting that does not change anything. How can I achieve?
Hi, Kindly send site details through a support message and I will look into it.
I also sent you a message yesterday regarding an issue with partial entries – it seems like this isn’t working correctly …
Are you ever going to answer?
Hi, I already answered to your support ticket. Please check your mail and respond.
Got it, sorry about that
Hello Is it possible to change field values using JS? Like a $jq(’#input_45_132’).val(”$15000”), for example
Can you please explain in details , what exactly are you trying to achieve.
For example, there are three options for choosing a slider – $ 15,000, $ 20,000 and $ 25,000. The default is $ 20,000. There is also a country selection field. The logic is this – if, for example, I choose Austria, then the value should automatically become $15,000 (via JS)
Yes , you can do that . You can use the gform_post_render hook, so that your code fires only when the form is loaded. Let me know if you have any other questions.
I’m interested in changing the value not through php. But through JS only
This is how you write js code for gravity forms. If you write your javascript out of the hook then the code may or may not work.
jQuery(document).on('gform_post_render', function(event, form_id, current_page){
// code to trigger on form or form page render
});
This code don’t work? if (terr == ‘Austria’){alert(”$15000 only!”);$jq(’#input_45_132’).val(”$15000”).change;}
It will work once wrapped inside the gform_post_render hook
Hello, I am also experiencing the same issue with AJAX Enabled the range slider breaks. I just purchased this software and downloaded it less than 2 hours ago. It appears your latest version does not solve this issue.
HI, Can you please send a support ticket. I will check the issue on your site.
I opened a ticket before I posted on this thread.
I have not heard back from my ticket which I submitted 2 days ago.
Hi, I do not keep tickets for more than 24 hours. Can you either resend or let me know from which email id you sent it?
micah at lainternet.biz
I just submitted another request.
Did you receive my request? I am going live this week and need this resolved ASAP. Using AJAX causes the slider to break.
Yay, thanks for fixing this for me. I appreciate your help!
Great, I am glad I could fix that for you.
Hi, we are seeing the same issue as setupgr where the sliders only load when ajax is off. Can you let us know how you fixed it, please?
I have uploaded the latest version . Please re-download it in a couple of hours. Send me a support message if you face issues.
I still can’t download the latest version. It is v1.0.0. and the page here says it was last updated in April so perhaps Codecanyon need to release it or something?
Hi, I purchase this amazing plugin 3 days ago. I can see it working perfectly on the back-end, but I can’t see it working in the front-end of my website. Running on Wordpress v5.2.3 – Gravity forms v2.4.12.4 – Apache with Php v7.3.9. I tried almost everything, even disabling every plugin except gravity forms running default theme twentynineteen. Is there any way you can help? Thanks!
Hey there, You wrote a support ticket also and I asked for site details . Please share the same.
Sorry, I didn’t see it. I just send you admin credentials.
I just figured it out! Ajax=true was enabled. It works fine now!
Oh ok .
Perhaps in future version you can make it work with ajax form submission on.
My forms are looking amazing now! Great work!
It does work fine with ajax forms. I could not login with the details that you sent please resend login and I ll check.
Credentials updated. You can check now.
Thanks I will get back to you on this.
I have fixed it , you can check now.
You are amazing! Great 5 star support!! Thanks a lot.
Thanks. Please leave the same as a review.
hi, with this gravity extension i can conditionally set min and max value for the slider?
Hi , Conditional logic can control the display of fields and not values. You can create multiple sliders and set conditional logic on them.
yes is what i do with another gravity slider range plugin but it’s not confortable when we have to manage with many slider (in my case ten slider) more over we have to save ten field when we need only a value. anyway i suggest yuo to add this feature for the next feature;)
Hi I am sorry it is not supported at this time. But, I will try to incorporate it soon.
Hi there, is it possible for your slider fields to output values to other fields within the same forms?
What I am looking for is a slider than ranges from 0 to 5
However is the slider value is 0, it should populate another field so that I can check for unanswered questions during calculations.
Yes,
The plugin supports conditional logic out of box.
Let me know if you have any other questions.
Hi There! I just purchased your slider, but it is not clear how to create custom values, such as months, as shown in the preview.
Which settings do I need to use to achieve this?
You know what, I just found in on the back end settings slider from your website.
Hi,
I would request that you raise a support ticket with site details.
