Hello i have your plugin with elements unlimited subscription, that is why i could not open a ticket i have an issue and its that the background color of the page can not be changed it stays at half transparent

According to the Envato rules, you’re not entitled to support if you’re using Elements items, but we’ll be happy to check the plugin for you. If the issue’s with the plugin itself, we’ll be happy to come up with a fix for it. However, if it is some local issue on your side, we won’t be able to fix it for you unless you purchase a regular license that gives you access to support.

hello, on the xtheme it seems that this is always displayed behind something instead of an overlay anyway i can put this right into the css maybe to keep it overtop of the content till its accepted?

Hi there!
Can this work not like a consent form, but instead like an attractive pop-up/overlay that allows us to promote a related aspect of the brand?
For example:
Brand 1 has Website 1 and Website 2. Website 1 gets a lot of traffic and Website 2 has something new we want to promote.
We’d like to promote Website 2’s information on Website 1, with a simple overlay that tells people Website 2 has something cool going on, and have a link to take users there if they want to check it out. But they can close the pop-up/overlay if they aren’t interested, and it won’t pop up again.
If not, do you have a plugin able to do something like that?

Please make sure it can track clicks and do A/B testing, as well as set specific pages and page types we want it to appear if not site-wide. And also, manual selection of how long it should wait for users to see it again once they close or click it, such as 7 days, 2 weeks, 1 month, etc.

How to make appear that the plugin on a single category and not on the whole blog? I would like to display it only on one cat.

You need to open Settings tab of your plugin’s editor, and click on Where to Display. Once this settings panel opens up, list the pages where you need to display the plugin on in Selected Pages section.

I am talking about WP “cat” and not WP “page”. It works the same?
I would just display the plugin on all items in one category (Cat + post)

Yes, you can add the plugin to a specific WordPress category. However, the plugin itself doesn’t have a setting to do so, and you’ll have to do this from the side of your website. Some coding will be required, so if you’re not a developer, you might need to contact one.

There is no way to set this up for the whole website at once i need to copy paste this shortcode in every single page, i dont think this should be the case here.

To make the plugin display on every page of your website, you need to select Where to Display on Settings tab of your plugin, and then select All Pages and save the changes. You should be good.

Can you configure for selected content? Meaning no the whole website. For example by categories.

You can set the plugin to be displayed on specific pages of your website. To do it, you need to go to Settings tab in the plugin’s editor, click Where to Display and then select Specific Pages. Add the links to the pages where you need to use Age Verificaition, and you should be good.
