Hey guys, I have an issue, i realize that once i click checkout on PaymentFormModal on POS page it clears out the product quantity_in_stock in DB which is not cool. please which file takes action for that, i can’t seem to find the exact file for that case i would appriciate your support

The return button is not active where the time period is given of 30 days.
How to solve this?

due to some problem or some times mistaken place the invoice so i go to return option and return this item when order Return that mean Payment refunded 150 returned successfully but your software cant -50 from profit List

Please, the POS system tracks customer that is owing, however, when the customer comes to pay, how can this debt be tracked to show that he has paid for the debt

When a Customer buys an item worth $100 but pays only $20. It is recorded that the customer is owing $80, So how can the sales person receive more money from this customer that is owing to clear the outstanding debt
From due collection menu you can collect owe 80$.

This causes you to not be able to continue installing the system.

What about how do I edit purchase?

1. Purchase invoice can’t be edit but you can return item only. 2. You can see individual product stock from stock report (supplier wise) 3. You can identify who sell this invoice from invoice details. If you want to see userwise invoice list (You can filter invoice), so you have to customize.
Admin panel > Purchase list > Click on Edit button at a specific invoice. or Admin panel > Purchase list > Click on Return button at a specific invoice or Admin panel > Purchase list > Click on Delete button at a specific invoice.Thanks

Product purchase return only allowed for same user, that means purchase created by & return person must be same. Thank you
