Dear. plugin is support Groundhogg plugin. After install Groundhogg plugin you will see ‘Groundhogg’ action in Form setting ‘Use form action’.
If you use with ‘Groundhogg’ action. you need add field ‘first_name’ ‘last_name’ and ‘email’ ( require ) in your form.
