Looks like the settings page has crashed for some weird reason or some other plugin is affecting the functionality. Please create a support ticket on https://help.unitedover.com
Ticket number: 696506 . Fixed yesterday. still facing same issue.
The issue was because of incorrect or empty firebase settings and because of that the gateway was making the settings page unresponsive. The issue has been fixed and an update has been released.

I assume you’re asking this for my-account section, so that user shouldn’t change that. If that’s correct then as of now there is no feature like this but you can do this with some lines of code.

The option to remove integration from wp-admin.php was added long back, I think you yourself missed to check that.

For a login with only the email address, allow the otp to be sent to the email address

2. Does this provide captcha only on login page or on registration page too ?
3. Can user register via email too from same form or only SMS is mandatory ?
4. Are the Whatsapp messages are free it is charged ?
5. Is plugin comes with life time free upgrades ?
6. Can it show the login popup when the user click on checkout and have not registered or logged in to website
7. Does it allow social login buttons on login page or i need to purchase the separate plugin ? if free or paid which is compatible

Hi Vishal, first of all thank you very much for considering us. Let me answer your questions in the same points you asked.
1. Yes its fully integrated with woocommerce and you’ll not need anything else to make this work, nothing free or paid.
2. Yes you can have captcha just on login or on signup page or even on both of them.
3. Yes the user can register from the same form if he doesn’t want to use the SMS passcode and the age old password instead 
4. OTP’s on WhatsApp are free
5. Yes, it does
6. This thing depends on your theme if they do this or you can use Force Login Addon https://digits.unitedover.com/addon/forced-login-page-lock/ . Otherwise user can always signup or login on checkout page itself and if you have disabled guest checkout on woocommerce then they will not be able to checkout without an account.
7. For social login you can use any free or paid reputed plugin out there for wordpress and it will work perfect with digits.

Yes, a single license is applicable on live and test version of the same website, if you use Firebase gateway than the captcha will be from google or else it will be ours

As of now no, there is no option to put captcha in password reset, if you use otp to reset the password then it already have brute force protection. And I don’t think either WordPress or WooCommerce have captcha in password reset in their native forms.

Hi i tried several times to try the demo , by loging into ur site with my number +91 9873900869, but not rcvd any sms/ otp
I checked your number and found that you tried 3 times and all of those messages were undelivered. For sending SMS to India as of now our demo is using MSG91 which is one of the biggest provider of India and since I can see successful delivery report for all other numbers I can confirm that the issue is not from the Gateway’s or Plugin’s end but your number/network provider itself. Which network provider are you using ?
We just confirmed with MSG91 and found that since your mobile number was not in network range then message got denied by your mobile provider, there were three attempts made for all those 3 requests so in total 9 attempts, all of them were denied by your network provider for this particular number, so please get in touch with them.
