Good morning, when a customer makes a purchase it remains as “processing” in my woocommerce dashboard. How can I configure so that it automatically changes to “completed” once the customer makes the purchase?

We are using your plugin for AAIB bank in Egypt credit card transactions. We successfully completed Test Mode requirements and this week we went through the Live Mode.

The profile created in live mode with it’s newly generated security keys, still shows us Test Mode in payment section.

I can’t install it. I am running wordpress 5.2 but I realized that you only support up to wordpress 5.1. When can you fix that?

Hi Ryan! I recently bought your plugin. I noticed the configuration page is slightly different in the video. I have issues trying to configure the plugin. I followed the instructions listed in the video and still got the message “You are not authorized to view this page. The transaction has not been processed.”

Now you have “Merchant ID” (I fill this field with my merchant Id) and you have two sections with WM PROFILE ID (live) and WM PROFILE ID (test), could you explain me why?

The documentation only mention the procedure for “Secure Acceptance”, can you please provide details on this?

Hello! I am attempting to load this plug in and only the fingerprinting add on loads. I get this message “CyberSource – Device Fingerprinting AddOn: CyberSource – WooCommerce Payment Gateway is not installed and / or In-active!”. How do I load the rest of the plug in? Further to my comment, I tried contacting you via your website but to no avail.

Whilst trying to get your plugin to work I switched to the SOAP connection.

No I cannot access any of the settings within the plugin to change it back!

I am trying to active the WM payment but I am receiving “You are not authorized to view this page. The transaction has not been processed.”. The SOP payment option is working perfectly.

I contacted Cybersource and they replied that card_type field is not signed. “Add the card type field to your signed fields and try this transaction again. “

The problem is that this field is already in the signed fields list. Is there any special configuration needs to done other than the steps you included in readme file?

In attempting to get this plugin to work, I changed the APi to Simple Order API. I then lost access to the Plugin settings and received a message stating “WooCommerce CyberSource Payment Gateway Required PHP SOAP Client should be installed/enabled in your web server”. Clearly I dont want this! How can I get back to the Plugin settings to change the API back to one of the other options?
