This is seem like a very useful plugin. But before buying it I need some additional information, in order to avoid any future complaints.
Is your plugin able to use the sku already available in the cross-sell field from the Related Products tab? Does it have any design customization for product display, arrows, buttons?

I like the plugin, but I am having a problem. When I click on the “Match Old Orders”, I get a screen (titled Wordpress > Error) that contains quite a few lines of “Matched id: 495 with id: 497 / Quantity: 1” followed by “All Synced”, but it does not seem to do anything. I am running Wordpress 5.01, redux framework v. 3.6.15, and Woocommerce v. 3.5.2. Do you have any advice?
What do you mean with error? Have you checked the statistics page of matches were generated?
Okay, update:
The first part was my fault. I though that the page indicated an error. After a little bit, it seems to have worked.
However, I am having a separate problem: It disappears when change the “position” to “After single product summary”. (It works when “after the meta information” is selected”). I am also using Legenda 3.8 theme.

Hi! Is it not possible to customize the look of the shortcode like on cart and single product? So I can customize columns etc. only for the shortcode, and not for single product and cart option.
Yes you can use custom CSS.
Okay, how can I change the number of columns for only the shortcode option? And also only have carousel for shortcode.
Columns are coming from theme – not from our plugin. Or you copy the templates into your child theme – but this is customization. Carousel only for shortcode is not possible – sorrY

I have a question about the plugin. So far I’m really happy with it, however, the output of the frequently bought together product seems to be random, and not based on the highest number of sales. For example, I have product X which is sold with: A:1, B:1, C:1, D:4, E:1. The output could still be: A, B and C. But I would like to show D, because that one has been sold the most with the current viewed product. Could you help me out with this? Many thanks in advance and best regards, Daan Groenewegen. Hi there, may thanks for the response. I’ve downloaded and tried the update, however, it still is not functioning as expected.
For example, this is a test product. Have you cleared cache?
Yes, i’ve performed this test with a disabled caching plugin, and to be safe I deleted all cache. No cachefile are present.

this unfortunately is not part of our plugin. We only use the Standard get template function, which may then gets overwritten by your theme:

So you may ask your theme dev

As said, our plugin uses the theme function – not an own created one to get fully compatibilty. So you need to ask your theme dev.
My theme uses the standard function from WC too. The problem is, that your plugin is looking for images on each variation, even when there is no one available. When there is no image on the variation, it would be great if the plugin just used the main image on the variation product, as we don’t upload images to each variation.
Maybe you need to update your WooCommerce plugin?
I always use the newest version. Right now I am running 3.4.3
I use Shopkeeper theme, which uses all the standard WC functions. The problem is, that when there is a variable product with only a main product image (and no image on each variation), then there will be no image on this product. When there is no image on each variation, it should use the main product image of the variable product.
Hope it makes sense, and something you would look into.

Yes. But the slider is the main reason I got this plugin.
I thinks its simply not compatible with your plugin – there is some CSS breaking the complete slider.

Thats correct – we have no shortcodes because connected products are automatically assigned either by current prouct page or products in cart.

No we use standard WooCommerce cart hooks as you can see it he plugin settings.

To clear this for other users who may have the same problem: You need to set an image on the variable product itself – not on the main product. Other parts are theme related as we load the Theme Product Layout.
went to add 2 items but it added 2 more and wouldn’t let them purchase only 2.

‘bought together’ qualifying item displayed in cart. I selected one and added quantity of 2 of the item. It added 4 to the cart. I deactivated bought together plugin and reverted to WooCommerce Cart Add-Ons which doesn’t display nearly as nice at BT…but it is working for me…select 2 of an addon item it puts 2 in the cart.
The strange thing is, that our plugin does not automatically adds any items to your cart. We only show recommended bought together products?
Just bought the plugin, but noticed that there isn’t images on variable products. All my products are variable products, so the plugin is useless for me, without images.
