This is a pre-sale question but i really need to know if this application can do this? A company with many customers that has expiry and renewal service date. I need a system that can send a reminder before the expiry date:
- Can this app send reminder 2 months before the expiry date? Or any flexible period before expiry date?
- Can this system print a summary report of a contract/customer that shows the date the customer joined/key in and the renewal history, etc?
- Instead of showing list of Documents, can it be replaced with Customers?
- How much for customization works?

Its a document expiry management system. You get the notification before the time of expiration.
The email notification that you mentioned have a download link? Can members schedule their own notifications using their own files to download? I just tried your demo but is in different language; can you change it to English?
Member can schedule their own notifications. But for download link need code modification. Change to english

Thanks to the assistance of my hosting I managed to set up the cron job well. But when it’s launched I get: No scheduled commands are ready to run.
And instead in the software there is a expiry for today: 27/03/2018

Hi, the software sends a notification a day before the expiry date. as you set the expiry date today, it cannot find any notification to send. Set an expiry date for the day after tomorrow and you’ll get a notification tomorrow. And for further correspondence, please use email. Thank you.
