Yes you can publish this apps apk to play store after changing package name, the current version comes with Targeted API Level 27.

just check the link shared previously. go to (in android studio) Build-> Generate APK. (the apk path will be popup on screen.) Did you run the app using build tool on your android phone?

Hi, can you load local file offline, and can it be possible ti implement push notification thanks?
This one is just simple webview app. If you want to open local html file then it will be loaded. it is possible to customised for push notifications. But need to add notifications trigger in website.
