ModuloBox is compatible with several WordPress Gallery/Grid plugins (mentioned in the plugin description). If you need to use ModuloBox outside this context, you can use a custom CSS selector like a class name to open ModuloBox. If you open ModuloBox from a link which contains a Youtube url it will display the video in the lightbox.

i see there is a special compatibility for visual composer, does the plugin provide the same special compatibility with elementor? If not could you consider implementing that, elementor is light, fast and easy whereas visual compsoer is slow, heavy and buggy.

Currently, ModuloBox does not have any special implementation for Elementor. However, with ModuloBox you can use custom CSS selectors like a class name to open images. And, with some JavaScript, it’s also possible to extend ModuloBox in order to make it work with any kind of plugin. I will try take a closer look at for an integration with Elementor.

ModuloBox is a lightbox plugin (popup which opens on click). You will find demos of ModuloBox here. Caption is always placed at the bottom and controls at the top of the lightbox.

Hi, how to make the lightbox to open full size image, not cropped one. If disable the plugin, wordpress opens the full image, but when the plugin is enabled, the lightbox does not opens full size image.

I’m not sure to fully understand your question.
ModuloBox is a lightbox plugin (popup which opens on click). This is not a gallery/grid plugin. ModuloBox has an option to replace the native WordPress gallery shortcode by a justified layout. You should deactivate this option if you don’t want a justified layout. Otherwise, there isn’t any masonry grid.

Like any lightbox, ModuloBox will always fit images to screen. But you can zoom and pan large images if needed.

Current issue with the plugin. The WordPress single image is option is turned off inside the modulobox general settings. but when using the single image inside of visual composer modulobox still overrides the standard image settings. So when I try to use an external link to open in new window I can’t as modulobox tries to load it instead. Can you provide a fix? Thanks in advance

WordPress single image is onyl for image insert in post content thanks to add media button above the post editor. It’s not the same as Visual Composer image.

There isn’t any issue. ModuloBox acts as it should. If the link contains an image url (which is the case for Visual Composer) it will open the image in the lightbox. The url should not be an image to be ignored by ModuloBox.

I would disagree. The link being placed into the Custom URL field is a link to a youtube channel page. But instead of going to the page it does a blank youtube video popup. I imagine that has something to do with the conflicting idea of a standard youtube page url vs a youtube video url. There has to be parameters that can be set in place to differentiate.

What you are describing is normal. There isn’t any difference between a Youtube video url and the Youtube video page url. It’s the same url. What you are looking for requires to modify ModuloBox behaviour and making exception (with a class name for example).

You can open the following file formats in ModuloBox: jpg, .jpeg, .png, .bmp, .gif, .tif, .tiff, .jfi, .jfif, .exif, .svg, .mp4, .webm, .ogv. It can be stored/hosted everywhere you want.

1) All Gallery/Grid plugins compatible with ModuloBox will have thumbnails if enable. So, yes, you can display thumbnails in ModuloBox from Justified Image Grid plugin.
2) Unfortunately, this is not possible. The aim of a lightbox is to display media content like image or video. Adding other kind of content requires deep customization.

If the gallery plugin you are using accepts HTML for the ligthbox title/caption then ModuloBox will display it in the title or caption. For example, the native WordPress Gallery shortcode allows HTML for the caption.
You can change all colors of ModuloBox: background, text color, icons color, etc…

ModuloBox is a lightbox plugin. So, it does not have relation with a purchase on Woocommerce. However, ModuloBox can open in the lightbox the native Woocommerce gallery available in single product pages.
The caption content will depend of the gallery plugin you are using with ModuloBox. Generally, the caption correspond to the image title (and image description).

You have a custom jQuery code which creates an error. This error prevent next JS scripts to be executed. It’s not related to ModuloBox but only to your custom code (wrong usage of jQuery).
