I purchased the SiteDoctor, and installed it on my server using the manual you provided. Here are few issues, whenever, I try to run some query (search) it shows this error.
http://prntscr.com/d7w64oBecause you didn’t configure the Google API. Please configure the Google API as described in the documentation. Then it will work.
In this video you will see how to get the API https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4CeF1k3Sdrw , There is two option there though. Just follow the step for Google Mobile Ready API (PageSpeed Insight).
After that if you face problem, let us know . We will help our best.

Hi,
I’m noticing a lot of bugs and errors in SiteDoctor. Have you been receiving bug reports, and do you have any plans of implementing an update soon?
I’m not so savvy with code. Correcting the errors takes time, for me. So, I was just wondering where you might be at with that kinda stuff.
For example: A lot of English Grammar typos such as “competutor” instead of “competitor”, etc. It may seem petty, but if this is a White Label tool, and potential clients are gonna see the reports, that kind of thing doesn’t make us look professional. No offense, of course.
Another example would be the fact that the Logo image size can be up to 600×300, but it only shows up on the site as 50×100, and it looks bad because it’s so small.
If you want me to list more issues, I can oblige, but let me know if you’re planning to update or not, because if not, then I’ll just fix this stuff manually.

Hi, Very sorry for being late. Yes, it is getting 405 error on demo server, that server’s performance is not good. It is working nicely in my localhost. I just tested.

Tool doesn’t work for me, the “working” bar only goes up to 36 out of 100 every time and just hangs there.
Because you didn’t configure the Google API correctly. Please read the documentation how to set the Google API. And configure it. It will must work.

Sometimes the htaccess file may be hidden if you are having trouble with 404 error
Yes and sometime when you unzip the package htaccess file does not unzip

Hi, explanation does not have multilingual support, it supports only English but you can translate the file to Dutch if you want It’s very easy.

I believe the script is secure. Never got f-secure error or something and nobody else complained as well

Which site you tried?
Several. They all hang at 99%, but if you go to page results manually by refreshing the page, you can see them listed.
I just checked. But it seems working nicely. It may happen for slow net connection. But in my test it’s worked. Anyway i will keep it testing. If face problem, we will try to fix.

Good Work, I like the app as a whole although, I had one problem when browsing the demo.
I noticed there is allot of spelling errors etc in the reports and I was wondering if there is any way that could be updated without losing those updates that I make whenever there is an update?
The language files are I guess held elsewhere from the main applications views?
Is there MVC considerations in this application?

The “knowledge base” setences are in application/config/recommendation_config.php

1. SiteSpy is totally different. It has so many other feature and also SaaS application.
2. It’s a metrics of SEO. Lot of people use it. So if you skip it, just ignore it.
3. I just checked. But i don’t think API configuration is correct. May be something is missing. You need to enable the “PageSpeed Insight” API . Anyway send me the application admin’s email and password to konokronok@gmail.com, I will check it where is the problem in my morning.

you can translate in Italian the result of the report and the knowledge base?

Sorrt, we have not addded multilingual support in report page. But you can translate the knowledge base to italian by changing the knowledge base file manually. Remember then the knowledge base will be only in italian, swirching the language, it will remain same. You can change the other words to italian but that will need basic knowledge of PHP.
We have plan to add multilingual report page in future update but sure about the release date.

Actually we just need the Google Mobile Ready API Key. I mean you need to enable the “PageSpeed Insight” API.

I have watched your video 6 times and I still can get the google api to work. It runs but get stuck at 68 % What am I doing wrong? Thank you for your help in advance.
