Hi, is possible, you have to implement the function to read the temperature in the server and send it to the client
Good Morning.
First of all, fantastic project. I wanted to ask one thing.
Customers need to open ports or only on the server?
Good Morning Thanks, Only the server needs to open the port
Hello, thanks for answering.
Customers do not need to open any ports then?
Another question … Comes the source code? What language?
No because of the reverse connection, only the server on your pc need to open the selected port, Full source code of client and server fully commented, the language is vb.net
Hello,
I bought the project when a client is closed launches error in the following line
Dim ItemToErase = ListView1.FindItemWithText(clientinfo(1))
i don’t have any problem in clients closing Have you modified the code? are you in localhost or with 2 pc on different internet line? Have you opened the port on your modem? If you still have problem contact me on skype: miky94x@live.it
Thanks for answering. This problem only gives me so when you start from Visual Studio.
For now it works very well. This I was looking for some time. Now I look for a client and I will open a port on the server to see if it connects.
Ok now i understand, The server and client on the same machine does not connect when is in debug from visual studio For every problem feel free to contact me
Hello, Create a No-ip and open ports in the firewall and router but I do not see a connection. Why you can debere not see this customer on the screen?
I have tested it on 5 pc and all are working, i think the problem is your modem/firewall settings have you inserted the no.ip inside the code? have you open the right port TCP and UDP? Have you opened the No-Ip Software? When opening a port you have to insert your pc ip like “127.0.0.5” To check your PC IP open “cmd” and write “ipconfig”, the IPv4 is your pc address Check the comment on the code, or give me your Teamview ID and Password
