Hi,
I have updated my responsive folder as instructed, and I only had one location in db, but since the update the location Pin when clicked on does not display any information about the store. Nor does it show the “nearby stores” as always.
Even if I remove the store and add it again it still does not work as should.
Can you please assist

Hi, on our website it’s now not loading the location of a user after they give permission. The console is logging the error as: Can’t find variable: handleNoGeolocation.
It’s also happening on your live preview too.

I’ve emailed 2x about some issues that I’m having. Now while trying to upload a category image icon, I get this… Warning: mkdir() [function.mkdir]: Permission denied in D:\Hosting\12987882\html\Locations\admin\includes\library.php on line 301
Warning: imagepng() [function.imagepng]: Unable to open ‘imgs/categories/2/dentdoctorlocator.png’ for writing: No such file or directory in D:\Hosting\12987882\html\Locations\admin\includes\class.img.php on line 271
I corrected this by adding the correct permissions. Now I would like to find the answer to my other two emails. How do I get all of my locations to display? I tried 1000 mile radius that looked very promising, then it disappeared.

In my installation (http://marcusalbeny.com/nupo/) the Exact Geo Location Add-on isn’t working fine. I’m getting the message “You must have Javascript enabled to use the store finder”. But accessing your test page using the same browser it works perfectly. What could be wrong?
How can I set the default location of the map, case the user refuses to share his location or the browser doesn’t support?
How can I change the default distance (100km) for a wider range (like 300km)?

Thanks for your inquiry, the reason that it is showing the javascript error is that after inspection your jquery js file seems to be missing http://marcusalbeny.com/nupo/superstorefinder_responsive/js/jquery-1.9.0.min.js
Kindly check your javascript files.
To set default location if user refuses to share location, you may need to customize the script, you may request by sending a message via my profile page.

Certain addresses, Google might not be able to detect the location precisely, you may need to use exact coordinate instead of having Google to auto detect addresses in string format.

After following the instruciton, be sure to clear cache and refresh, if you still have issues you may contact me via my profile page.
As for the default location to be closer, you can actually change the zoom value from the javascript (js/super-store-finder-mobile.js) file and search for the keyword zoom to adjust it’s value.

Well I thaught I resolved but this is working perfect in mozilla firefox on all deviced but not in crome. Not on pc, not on android. Tested on few computers.

After clicking the “Allow Access to Your Location” button, it takes several seconds to load the map and locations even on a fast internet connection. Is there a way to speed this up or output a loading icon so customers know that it is working? Otherwise it can be confusing and the customer doesn’t know to wait.
