Hello, Pre sales question:

Its possible divide tables with dividers like this http://prntscr.com/8elysk? Do you have any example for this?

Thanks,

Hi Sampling,

Basically, you need Rows with not data except the first column. Yes, you can do that, you can manage any Cell and some of them, from a specific row to leave them empty, just with a special background color. So, it can be done, for sure, ‘cause the Plugin workflow is very flexible, but we don’t have a specific example like that.

Thanks, Indeed

Hi,

How can i hide the currency if one of the planes is free ?

Thanks

Hi ammartist,

If you need any assistance or have technically questions the best option is to use the support system.

Are multiple ways to manage that. You can assign an Additional CSS class and set that class to not show the currency element inside. You can use the Custom CSS option for that.

Hi, Does this pricing table have a toggle option to allow users to switch between pricing plans? For example: monthly and yearly? Thanks, Christian.

Hi Cristian,

Thanks for your interest.

The Pricing Table display the pricing options for your products/services without any additional interaction from the users side.

Hi there, okay no problem, thanks for letting me know.

i am interested to purchase this plugin but please answer my following Question. How to create table button payment url . without using already publish other product id ,sku . ? Customer just select package and checkout now….. if customer view our order then customer return to table page and if customer switch currency them automatic change table currency

i am already using following currency switcher http://codecanyon.net/item/woocommerce-currency-switcher/8085217

Hi faraz1990,

Besides the Subscription Plan templates available into the Plugin, you can set your levels for subscription to work based on any button. So, any Pricing Tables or any way to provide your subscription option are available. All you need to do is to use the Subscription Link from Levels list.

Thanks, Indeed

Can I add a link to text within the table? How do I do that?

Hi ipeccoaching,

You can add a Link using the “Button” element or if you need something special, you can use the “HTML” element where you can add any html content, including a regular link.

Thanks, Indeed

Nice Plugin, sadly I am having an issue. Disable other plugins, using Elegant Themes ‘Divi’. My issue is I can add row, column, delete row column; I can drag and drop row/ column order; but nothing happens when I click the little Edit icon for any Row or Column. Essentially I cannot edit anything in the pricing table.

Any assistance appreciated.

Darrell

Hi dheath,

Thanks for getting in touch with us.

Maybe, another script block the Edit Popup to show up. We need to look over it and see what cause that. Please, get in touch with us via the support system providing some temporary admin credentials and we will take care of it.

Thanks, Indeed

Thanks – ticket sent.

Hi dheath,

A response was already sent. Please, check the Ticket thread.

hello, very nice plugin. Except i need to use “swiss francs” (CHF) for the currency, how can i implement it? thx

Hi lhurni,

It can be added, including the currency into a array, on specific files. The mostly inconvenient is that the CHF doesn’t have a currency symbol, so all the characters needs to show up. If you still need the guidelines, get in touch with us via the support system and we will share with you the technical details.

Is there a Tooltips option for the description area?

Hi LinWizzy,

Thanks for your interest. A Tooltips option is not on our list of features , not being something requested by our customer by now, also.

Thanks, Indeed

Hi, don’t worry. I found an alternative pricing table that has Tooltips. Thanks.

I purchased this plug in and it does not display as an inline table across the page but in one column down the page. Help!!

Hello

I have resale questions.

> How many row can I make ? > Can I have Icon and text on same cell ? > Can I use Image /Icon (top header ) ?

Regards Plaban

Hi Plaban,

I guess is about a prepurchase question and not a resale one. :)

The Plugin let you built an unlimited number of rows and columns but in each cell you can set just one predefined type of content (are 8 different ways). Still, the HTML option let you add how many content you want. About the last question, is not a predefined row order, so even into the top of the column you can add the same content, including an Image or an Icon.

Thanks, Indeed

thanks for your reply. Yes, my mistake … pre-sale question. auto correct !!

hey, does the plugin work with multisites? thx.

Hi,

Ya, the plugin it based on shortcodes and has no reason to not work into a MultiSite structure.

Thanks, Indeed

Finally i’ve found the ultimate pricing table plugin, well, almost…

Please add an option for naming every saved table. It’ll be really hard to find an table in the future for editing etc. when i have hundreds of tables.

Otherwise, congratulations to a nice plugin. Well done!

Thanks!

And, an option for “save and stay” when you edit and preview…

Hi migge,

Thanks for your words.

Ya, another customer made the same suggestion, which makes sense, and we will implement it soon, somewhere on the middle of May.

Thanks, Indeed

hi how to force a font in “Additional Style” thanks

Hi reunionsaveurs,

Something like that: font-family: Arial !important;

!important; force any other next settings to be over pass.

Thanks, Indeed

Is it possible to use custom template for the table? You use a lot of ”!important” in your CSSes so it’s really hard to overwrite styles.

Hi kokers,

Yes, you can use custom css based on In-line Style or Additional css Classes, using !important where you need to overwrite a style set like that. That was used to avoid some css influence from outside (like general css from theme).

Thanks, Indeed

Hey, thanks for quick reply. I’m not a fun of overwriting already overwrited rules and do it inline. Is it possible for you to allow “custom” template without any styles so that I can specify styles in my theme stylesheet? I could remove stylesheet declaration from plugin file but I’m afraid that future updates will overwrite it.

Hi kokers,

Right now, “custom” template is not an option being very hard to integrate with a predefined price table structure. Still, you can write (overwrite) the current css classes, out of the plugin files and all you need to care about is to have the additional css included after the plugin css files. That will overwrite a current template without affecting the plugin files.

Thanks, Indeed

Hi, great plugin! I have a few questions I was hoping you could help me with. 1) How much customization does the plugin allow? 2) Is it possible to place the purchase button below the pricing and above the features? 3) I offer both a monthly and annual (discounted price) subscription for each service. Would there be any way to show both purchase buttons or options on each table? 4) Is it possible to show discounted pricing? Example $29 crossed and underneath it $19. 5) Are the tables fully responsive? 6) Is the plugin compatible with all themes? Thank you!

Hi Gallardooo,

Thanks for your interest. The plugin was built based on a better customization and user-friendly features. We didn’t to many custom desires by now, so seems it covered most of the requests. The Rows, can be ordered and reordered, are not set into a fixed position. The Purchase button can be set to show up on the first row if you wanna it, for example. Also, any Cell/Box can have any element (Price, button,...) so, is not set a limited no of Price Boxes for each column or something like that. Besides the features, can be set multiple Prices or Buttons without any restrictions.

The plugin is responsive, you can manage the min-with for each column, so one of them can show up on mobile devices bigger other smaller. Also, is not something restricted from the beginning, you decide those. You can take a look over our demo page from your mobile device to get a better idea. Where set in different ways as examples.

The Plugin should not interact with the Theme but is important that Theme to not interact with the Plugin. Are millions of themes in ww, we don’t know all of them, but with most of the premium themes that we’ve tested, we didn’t had any problem. :)

Thanks, Indeed

I thought this was just the thing, integrates visual composer and would be responsive, sadly that’s not the case.

You can add the tables in using VC but you can’t edit it using VC, so no duplication of items or rows which makes it very frustrating typing in large amounts of copy.

It’s not completely responsive as you won’t get each column stacking you get 3 columns stacking which make anything other than a small amount of text in each column disappear or get cut off. So if you have 6 columns first three display on a mobile devices first then the next three – looks very messy.

Going to have to buy another one and hope that is responsive..

Hi sbrazil,

Yes, Min-Width option was built especially to customize based on your desires the responsive workflow (without being something fixed). You can take a look over our examples from your mobile to see how the columns are set in different ways.

Ya, for column is not a option to add an additional class (may be a good feature to be added but we didn’t thought on that) but if you wanna set a special css style on one of the column you can play with: li:nth-child(X) option Example: .ipt_template_1 ul li:nth-child(5){ } ... for column 5 from template_1.

For a better help don’t hesitate to use the support system, no one bites there :)

Thanks, Indeed

I will thanks, duplication of blocks would be handy too

Hi,

It will not be impossible to do it. Depends of what customers ask fo. If is desired, it will be implemented asap.

Thanks,

Indeed

I’m having issues with compatibility in IE and Firefox. I built in Chrome on my Wordpress site and it looks great, but displaying poorly in IE11 and Firefox 35.0.1 – any thoughts?

Hi Mark,

Starting with IE9 and multiple FF and Chrome versions, the plugin was tested and can be checked on our demo page. Still, if is something particular on your website, just share with us via the support system a page where we can take a look and we will try to help you.

Thanks, Indeed

How can I use different currency?

Hi,

When you Add or Edit a Price Element you can change the currency from the predefined list.

Thanks, Indeed

Are the tables shortcode compatible? Meaning, can I put the shortcode for a modal in a table cell?

Hi ncdesignz,

Now, you have the ability to add Custom HTML but not any shortcode into the table cells. That’s because some shortcode requests additional JS scripts and that may affect the Pricing Table Showcase.

Thanks, Indeed

I don’t see the feature for adding ribbons. Also, how would I create a description column on the left side that does not have a hover effect while all the other columns do?

Hi 2rrs,

Thanks for your purchase. To manage and add Ribbons to columns, just click on “Edit Column” option (the third button from the top of each column). All the columns are trade the same in terms of hover effects right now, but I think a disable option for that can be a great idea.

Thanks, Indeed
