• Free support is given to the buyers where the support questions should be sent via email in this profile page. it is also used to verify that you have bought my item.
• Free support is given to answer questions related to the item and or guide the buyers to customize the item base on the user guide(documentation).
• Every item comes with documentation, where it contains about how to customize the item. be sure to check it first.
• Make sure to download the latest version of the item. if not, you can redownload it for free in your download page.
• Buyer’s questions will be responded within 48 hours on weekday, depending on the number of questions in queue.
• Questions sent during weekends or holiday will be responded on Monday or the next business day.
• Every request about modification(or customization) of the item is NOT included as free support. they will require additional costs which may be more expensive than the cost of item.
• I sometimes do some modification job, but i can’t guarantee my availability.
