Can I use this plugin in Wordpress Site?

I’m having a bit of trouble getting this work. Although instructions are present in readme, I must say they haven’t worked for me. I placed the js in header, placed the css, placed the call, placed the links but still no luck. I’ve created a .zip file with all of my site files in it (including folder that is called videopopup with all of your files in it) and I’ve removed all the stuff I did to my index.html file following your instructions so you won’t have to clean up anything and instead just insert how you know how to do.
