YOUTUBE CONTENT ID UPDATE:
Dear valued customers, Recently some of my customers have come across some Youtube copyright claims on their Youtube channels. These flags have come about because of fraudulent activity, as somebody has been illegally uploading my music to Youtube’s Content ID monitoring and collecting revenue on your videos illegally.
It is because of this that I have decided that I need to be uploading my music to Content ID monitoring service to take control of these copyright claims and provide customers the opportunity for quick and easy claim clearing. As a result, if you have received a claim on a track you purchased from me, you can quickly clear it by sending your license that you received in your email inbox when you purchased the track to SourceAudio at email@example.com. Just put ‘Youtube Copyright Claim’ in the subject line and they’ll assist you in clearing the claim.
What This Means: Clearing your copyright claims will no longer be out of my hands but will be able to be handled quickly and efficiently. SourceAudio will be able to clear up Youtube Copyright flags within 24-96 hours of submitting, often much less. So know that your claims can now be cleared quickly and easily rather than having no immediate way of clearing them.
How to proceed: As stated above, if you have licensed my music and have received a copyright notice, please send your license certificate to firstname.lastname@example.org in order to promptly clear the claim. You can also message me here on my profile if you are a repeat customer (are using my music on more than one video on your channel) and would like to have your channel whitelisted. Please simply reach out to me regarding this process.
I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, however, I do believe this is the best way to avoid the larger inconveniences of having your music flagged by Youtube with no effective course of action to clear it!
