I wish I could select multiple main reasons for this plugin. I have to admit when I first purchased this for a clients site I had a moment of pure unadulterated PANIC! I understood it was incredibly customizable but I could not quite get my head around how to make it work for us.
The business is dog grooming and we needed to be able to have full customization on services. We have 150 plus breeds of dogs and two services but each dog costs a different amount to groom for example an afghan hound may cost 90.00 for a bath and haircut and a Maltese may cost 45.00 for the same service. So that was multiple data entry....then on top of that the client is using clover payment systems...lets not talk about that integration although bookly and woo commerce did eventually play nice together it took awhile. Bookly support was extremely helpful in that step. Finally my client wants to book multiple dogs in the same time slot and have each client create a separate profile for each dog they book in that time slot to a maximum of four dogs. We are finishing working through that now and again BOOKLY SUPPORT HAS BEEN AMAZING.
We have had to purchase addons and at first of part of me was like oh god.....more purchases but after going through this implementation the addons make sense and honestly if you are not looking for our level of customization Bookly Pro will do everything you want it to do. If you think you need an addon I STRONGLY encourage you to reach out to Bookly for advice and for a sandbox where you can test your configuration and addons to see which if any are appropriate for you.
In summary this is a great plugin, there will be a learning curve. The support is incredible! Worth the Money. and i don't say that often, it is worth what you pay for it!!! I also appreciate that they are improving all the time.
