The product itself is a great one. Great value to have a decent product!

However, documentation is really poor. As a software engineer myself, I sort of understand. But if he wants to sell his product on the market like envato, good documentation is a must in my opinion. If he could be a little more elabote, a lot of hours of buyer's time could be saved.

I have tested him with a few questions. He seems to answer on selective questions leaving me out. Again, I think this is a documentation issue. If he could make more in-depth documentation, he doesn't have to fight with hours he is putting on the support.

Very well-made product, but with poor documentation and poor & opinionated support. I think it still is a great value!
